29 Your safety and security is our key focus The Security and wellbeing of our hotel guests and residents is extremely important to us. We pride ourselves on the integration of manned guarding from the Royal Saudi Air Force, who are armed with backup from all agencies, such as the MOI, CSI, and Police. We also have our own Security that provides trained uniformed and professional security staff. They are internal guards who are diligent and very professional, and will always meet you with a smile. Ishbilia has an electronic ID Badge access-denial system at the Main Gate. Uniformed guards provide 24/7 protection with a static, roving patrols with security infrastructures such as: Infra-Red Motion Detectors, CCTV HD, 2 Tier Delta Barrier System, Drop-Arm Gates, Camp Panic Alarm, and a UVIS Under Vehicle Inspection Unit, amongst many more security countermeasures. The whole community has an outer cordon patrolled by the Royal Saudi Air Force 24/7, and beyond resides reinforced blast walls with concertina wire. Love this compound, everyone has done a magnificent job to make Ishbilia the beautiful resort it is today. We just moved to Ishbilia and our first impression is beyond expectations. Beautiful surroundings, comfortable, luxurious and spacious homes, abundance of activities and facilities, friendly and professional staff. This is by far the best compound in Riyadh. There is a great sense of community here at Ishbilia. It feels like being part a BIG family! My kids are happy at the central facility and they enjoy their time there. Excellent maintenance support and a fantastic customer care service from everyone here at Ishbilia makes this compound what it really is, a 5 star luxurious resort. 29 We appreciate the continuous effort that is being put to keep the grounds clean, green and safe and the great effort that the hospitality department is putting in to make Ishbilia a better place to live in.

31 I love that whenever I have a problem, I can always get someone on the phone, and if that person cannot assist me, they have always pointed me in the right direction. Excellent customer service! It is a quiet, green and a pleasant oasis from the surrounding chaos, feels safe and homely. Compound Staff work very hard to please the residents. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic facilities, gym and swimming pool. I enjoy my living space and the diversity of activities for everyone here at Ishbilia. The maintenance department and housekeeping department are really good, helpful and friendly. 5 star treatment! The management here at Ishbilia listens and takes action. Exceptionally well kept compound, friendly staff and great services and facilities. 30
