Thereafter, Manoj moved to Brunei in South Asia where he learnt Asian cooking techniques and was part of the opening team for Deals restaurant, which is amongst the top 40 Best Asian Restaurants. Furthermore, he returned to Oman to open Sheba s steak house and moved to The Capital Grill in Abu Dhabi, where he improved his skills in this arena. Manoj thus boasts 10 years of diverse experience and is now the Sous Chef of Roda Grill and Bar. Bringing his own flair to the restaurant, it is now one of the finest steak houses in the city.
