4 Herceg Novi Herceg Novi is a town at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska Gulf. Mild Mediterranean climate, crystal clear sea water, long beaches, rich flora and fauna, are the reasons having an unforgettable vacation at the Herceg Novi Riviera.
