Cancellation Any reservation cancellation by the client before departure will result in the following charges being collected: o More than 60 days before departure 500 per person o From 59 days to 31 days before departure 20% of the trip price per person (with a deduction (deductible) minimum of 600 per person) o From 30 to 21 days before departure 40% of the trip price o 20 to 14 days before departure 65% of the trip price

8 o From 13 to 7 days before departure 80% of the price of the trip o Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the trip price 2 Modifying a Packaged Trip Any request from the change client prior to departure: destination city of departure and / or arrival Hotel or flight (day and or hour) Will be considered a cancellation which gives rise to the collect of the cancellation fees listed above. Any other modification request will result in the collection of 200 per person. To these costs will be added the costs related to the object of the modification itself such as for example the supplement caused by the replacement of a double room by a single room. MODIFICATION OF TRAVEL PACKAGE AFTER DEPARTURE No change to the customer-initiated trip, such as a change of hotel or early return, will result in any refund or payment of compensation.
