We have been working together successfully with xnet for years now and we already welcomed some very renowned companies here in Pertisau. From sale kick-offs over summer parties to product launches, seminars and conferences or a mixture of work and incentive, we were already able to host, entertain and convince people of this idea at the same time. A whole village is not just some "location", but it's "a whole village out and about", to let your events grow to something special. The location of the village at the Achensee and its history rich in tradition as emperor Maximilian's for hunting and fishing grounds will also fascinate you. The breathtaking tributary valley of the Karwendel is a scenery that inspires many visitors but also business clients with its beauty and dignity. Shipping on the Achensee, the steam train and the golf club (since 1928) contribute a lot to the uniqueness of Pertisau. In the past years, about 50 million Euro have been invested in the hotel and tourism infrastructure in Pertisau and we are proud to say that we are on the pulse of the times. 4 Your village. Your Pertisau. TYROL. AUSTRIA. Pertisau is mentioned in the year 1320 for the first time, and consisted of 8 farms at that time. Located at the Achensee, aside from the main artery on the opposite side of the lake, Pertisau is nestling between the cliffy mountains of the Karwendel nature reserve at 952 m above sea level. With the hunting castle of emperor Maximilian, the tourism in this area started. The famous Tyrolean stone oil is manufactured here, and you can admire the burning stones "live" in the visiting factory. Tyrolean nativeness paired with Austrian hospitality make this village an ideal place for conferences and congresses with its great hotel and tourism infrastructure. Here, you can also find the highest proportion of 4*S and 4* hotels of all our villages. A special highlight are the extraordinary locations for your meeting and evening events such as the Achensee ships, tennis court, Fischergut (farmhouse) and Gramai alp which offer variety. 6 Your localities. ALP. BATHHOUSE. FARMHOUSE. GRAMAI ALM (ALP) The Gramai Alp is located submontane of the Sonnjoch rock face (1.100 m) at the end of the Falzthurn valley, 6 km away from Pertisau. Expanded affectionately and authentically from the family Adi and Monika Rieser, this locality offers everything you need for a successful cabin evening with up to 400 people. Different parlours in the main house offer space for approx. 220 people to eat and celebrate. Further 180 people can be accommodated at the roofed terrace with glass walls. The area is also setting for the annual farmers summer and the traditional walk down from the mountain pastures into the valley in autumn. BATHHOUSE WIESENHOF The Badehaus offers direct access from the Hotel Wiesenhof and is perfectly suitable for conferences and seminars. In this extraordinary up to 500 people can fit on the about 500 m² bathhouse area. FISCHERGUT (FARMHOUSE) An ideal locality for the village reception. In the middle of the village, historic, authentic and everything under one roof. Four parlours and one barn floor offer space for up to 200 people. In summer a great location for catering, meetings and seminars. In case of bad weather it is a great alternative location for outdoor programs. rent a village by xnet 6

Seats for up to 800 people (theatre style) can be provided. The hall is particularly suited for caterings and parties up to 650 people. Especially adapted, the tennis hall is a perfect locality that gives you room for your ideas. ACHENSEE CRUISE The fleet contains a motorboat (Tirol 40 pers.), an original steam ship (St. Josef 60 pers.) as well as the MS Tirol (300 pers.) and the MS Innsbruck (220 pers.). Both coupled are ideal for evening events up to 520 people. Conferences and seminar are to some extent also possible. COMMUNITY CENTRE MAURACH The Events Centre in Maurach is located about 4 km from Pertisau. The infrastructure for conferences and seminars offers stage, technology such as projector, screen, sound system, lighting as well as chairs and tables for approx. 300 people. The plenum can accommodate 250 people (approx. 300 m² theatre seating) and can be extended for another room (200 m²).
