It's the 5 year anniversary of WDW Prep School and Key to the World Travel has partnered with the site to give away a trip to Disney World to celebrate! To enter, the lucky winner must be nominated by someone else who they think is deserving of winning the trip. Nominations are open until May 19. Here are the eligibility rules: Open to people who are 18-years-old (the "Entrant"). Sponsors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Setting up new Suppliers Kendra Leonard (kendra@keytotheworldtravel.com) is in charge of registering all new suppliers. If there is a company you wish to work with, please contact Kendra to get everything set up. Client System Tips This is VERY important! Please, please, please fill out ALL of the fields on the TRIP record. If you leave anything blank (especially the STATUS field) then the database is going to ignore that record when I pull the commission report, and then I have no idea that you have a trip that needs to be paid. The most important thing you can do, aside from providing amazing customer service to your clients, is to be absolutely, perfectly thorough in your record keeping. The Law of Databases is "Garbage In, Garbage Out." Another thing to remember - you don't have to create a new trip entry for every single reservation a client has related to the same dates of travel. Think of it this way - you have a client (add as a client) who is going on a trip (add as a trip). While they are on their trip they are going to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld (each of these is a reservation under the same trip name). American Airlines Vacations Thanks to Christine Dempsay's persistence and diligence, we're finally registered with American Airlines Vacations (you can find them in VAX)!! LAX Los Angeles International Airport is currently going through a massive reorganization with the Delta Terminals. If you have clients flying in/through LAX, please make sure to read this article!
