A guided tour of the Crystal Cave, and then the Aquarium/Zoo, before being dropped in Hamilton. Very pricey for a family of 5. The AOTS staff accompanies us to the beach and assisted with transportation (which was $14 per person round trip). Awesome beach! Calm waters! Swim with dolphin Date of Cruise May, 2017 Duration (approx) 1 hr Comments The professionals were great and very accommodating for my son to swim with the dolphins. They helped with the vest, gave us some personal time for him to connect and even took us when we arrived late. Great group! Comments The train tour was very accomodating to our family, but because of time limitations, we were unable to tour the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute. The cost, for just the train ride, was not really worth it. The tour was poorly written and featured such highlights as the bus depot, a parking lot, and Sears. Most of the information was the same during the out and back tour, and you can see most of the sights during a few hours walk around the small town. Unless you can tour the museum, save your money and ride the complementary "train" around King's Wharf for a train experience.

Our family was the only family in any of the enclosures, we had 3 trainers working with us, and 3 dolphins. The trainers were all very patient and gentle with my son and were very encouraging when he showed resistance. We never felt rushed or like we were being a trouble to them at all. And, note, their staff only take photos during the encounter. You can pay a small fee to bring someone from the boat to video it for you with your own video camera. There was only one shore excursion but it was 5 hours and not appropriate for us. The wheelchair dependent families are left out. The beach was not very big, perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the ocean with the AOTS staff. The water was not too deep, but a little rocky. There were bathrooms available and food & drink. Not enough for the smaller kids to do and the staff weren't the friendliest nor was the beach the cleanest. For some kids this could be a hazard to their health. Not enough places of shade or shelter from the rain and we had no choice but to rent a chair/umbrella as our child has issues with rain. Date of Cruise Jul 2014 Comments This was a group excursion where we walked to the beach. It was an easy 5 minute walk from the port. The water was a little rocky for bare feet and having water shoes would have helped. Bermuda Pirates Sunset Glass Bottom Cocktail Cruise Date of Cruise Apr 2014 Comments Staff was very accommodating boarding and disembarking with a stroller and assisted with the life jacket. This is an owner-operated excursion and that's a good thing. This was a calm boat ride with plenty of time at the reef and shipwreck. We also got some bonus time with some feeding sea turtles. Although they serve complimentary rum swizzles, this was not a party boat or a booze cruise. Snorkel and Catamaran Date of Cruise Jun 2014 Comments They were great with Jordan. I wouldn't recommend going to Bermuda in April though. It was freezing and the excursion staff said it doesn't get warm there until June/April! It was a disappointment. We saw one species of fish and murky water. The coral and plant life looked drab and lifeless. Weather was nice, water was calm. Wouldn't recommend as there is nothing to do, and really no place to go except into the water. Maybe if the whole boat was rented out, it would be ok - a party pirate boat! Comments This was a free excursion through AotS and it was great! We only went in the morning, to be back for lunch and nap for little sister, but the time was great. It was walking distance from the boat, which was helpful, as buses were challenging for us. The beach is not spectacular in terms of scenery, but it's close and has a long shallow section that was good for kids. It's also an easy walk from the ship, so you can come and go as you please. On the other hand, it was a beautiful bay, and we felt like we'd accomplished something by going. The walk was long but the option to take a cab was available as well. The staff of AOTS was phenomenal!!! Once we got to St. George, the rest of the trip was great. The walk was manageable and the bay was perfect for kids. Coastal Cruise And Aquarium Safari Date of Cruise Jul, 2010 Comments Very enjoyable walk through the aquarium and then zoo. Eileen was thrilled with it (so were we). Liam enjoyed the aquarium - water again. Everyone on the boat was very nice and helpful as well. Dolphin Quest Date of Cruise Jul, 2010 Comments This was an excellent experience for Jake and probably would be very good for all special needs children. Dolphin Quest did offer a special needs program but not on the days we were in port.

Very informative and scenic. This is not an actual trolley, rather a "train" of cars pulled by a gasoline powered "locomotive". Sit near the back as the exhaust can be irritating at times. Date of Cruise Jul, 2010 Comments The Autism on the Seas staff did a great job picking a location suitable for our child and was wonderful playing with him at the beach The hike to the beach was a bit strenuous for some of us especially the people who had strollers. Maybe you could tell people to wear comfortable shoes and tell them that a good part of the walk is uphill. Other than that is was a very pleasant day at the beach. The Autism on the Seas staff did a great job picking a location suitable for our child and was wonderful playing with him at the beach. I think that the shore excursion was a bit too long...meaning - the walk to and from the boat to the beach at and the ferry ride and the waiting around for the ferry going and coming was just too much for a few of the kids and my son and another child had really bad meltdowns...it was a bit too much - maybe a closer beach next time, maybe something we could walk to and cut out the ferry ride. Beach was a little crowded and we didn't get the experience of the \"pink sand\" beaches of Bermuda. I know this location was picked because the water is safe for the kids and that is the most important thing. It was fine. It would be nice to include a pass or tokens for the group ferry ride. Maybe charge up front if you have to at booking and refund if not used?? Maybe Bermuda has a group rate for shore excursions in general? I Did like and would always prefer the "wet/beach/swimming" part of the tour last so not to have to carry anything wet for the trip. I think everything was set up well for our families (being first in line for the ferry, traveling all together, etc). The only thing I might have changed (aside from my son\'s mammoth tantrum on the ferry ride home, ugh.) would be transportation from the ferry to the beach. That was one long hot walk and I think repeating it on the way back may have contributed to some meltdowns for a few of us. What an awesome day!!! The only negative for this was the difficulty of the walk wasn't accurately explained ahead of time. Liam has some walking challenges and we probably would have arranged transportation if we knew. Otherwise the bay was great! It was our kids first time at the ocean as Liam used to eat the sand... yuk! He was so busy enjoying the water that he didn't even think about eating or throwing it. It was a long walk to the beach, and I m not sure if it was mentioned that the walk would be long. Some people complained that they didn't have on the right type of shoes for this hike.
