2 Introduction Periplus 24 Ltd. is a ship equipment provider and a ship repairer company that is located in Budapest. Our goal is to give a chance for ships to bank up their supplies at the right place and time during their cruise and also make repairs on the ships that do not need a dockyard. The company started ts operation on the Danube in 2008 as the main distrbutor of Wtting GmHh from Duisburg. After that company became the only Hungarian partner and representative of Kadematoc Gmbh. From 2014 our company cooperates in the reparation of the ships with Balatoni Hajzási Corporation, wich means that repairs which demand longer planning that can not be done at once will be performed by their engineers and mechanicals. Our primary intention is that our products meet the European Union s and Hungary s requirements and specifications in the field of shipping. All of our products have EN, CE qualificationand we give certificate of conformity. In 2014 September we opened our new store and office at Belgrád Rqpt, that is in front of the Mahart Passnave International Landing stage. In the store besides selling products and materials, basic electrical repairs can be done at place by our engineer. PERIPLUS24 KFT. 2

3 Our organisation János Ruzsás Manager/ship captain He has been a captain for more than 30 years. He is shipping actively at the whole length of the Danube-Main-Rhein. His professional know-how is undoubtable. His professional advices help for our partners and for our team as well. After finishing a logistics school he stayed on land to manage the company and the repairs. Aforetime he worked for InterContinental hotel that was also a good opportunity to get acquainted with the world of hotels. He and Dávid leads the company. 4 Boat engineer/mechanical Spent more than 10 years on boat hotels as an engineer and mechanical, where he gained a lot of experience. 5 Our Partners KADEMATIC GMBH We purchase our certificated and examined life jackets from Kadematic Gmbh as its only Hungarian distributor. We also do the mandatory test for these life jackets. WITTIG GMBH We co-operate with the well-known Wittig GmbH, whose center is at Duisburg and has got a branch office in Wien. We sell their products that stand for high German quality and precizity. BALATONI HAJÓZÁSI ZRT. We also co-operate with Balatoni Hajózási Zrt. Their employees to manage services that need faster and more complex work. PERIPLUS24 KFT. 5

You can find everything at our store from the smallest paintbrush to paints, ropes, national flags and cleaning supplies. Our other big partner is a KADEMATIC GMBH.

We have got a wide range of products, usually we have 200 various of them. You can find everything at our store from the smallest paintbrush to paints, ropes, national flags and cleaning supplies. Our other big partner is a KADEMATIC GMBH. Their automatic life jackets can be found at our store. We do the mandatory tests at Csepel as well. Besides these partners we have Hungarian retailer and wholesaler partners. With them we are able to ensure material supply at a lower prise, no matter if it is sudden or for term. PERIPLUS24 KFT. 6

13 References from the Danube trading vessels 2014 MS MURGTAL - DEUTZ BA8M528 MAIN ENGINE REPAIR/CHAMSCHAFT CHANGE Performed work - Organising the save of the boat from Szob to Budapest. - Disassembling the main engine and controlling the chamschaft s gears. - We bought the new spur-wheels, and chamschaft from our foreign partner and we built them in. - We broke the intercooler, the watercooler system, the oilcoolersystem and the pipe systemand down and we get off eight cylinder heads. We did not find any damage in the inside of the engine. After the repair the boat went to the haorbour of Mainz and it is still operating without any problem. PERIPLUS24 KFT. 13
