Detailed Itinerary Day 1 Australia Siem Reap, Cambodia Today depart from Sydney for Siem Reap, Cambodia. Fly with either Thailand Airways, Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airways and others ( subject to availability ). Upon arrival, Welcome to Cambodia at the airport by EMH s representative and transfer team. We then transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is your own leisure. Page 3 of 9

Day 2 Angkor Temples Tour After breakfast at hotel, we drive to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Then, continue your visit Thommanan, ChaosayTevoda, Takeo and the fabulous Ta Prohm. After lunch, we will visit to the World Heritage Site; the Heart & Soul of Cambodia, Angkor Wat, the biggest Buddhist temple on the world to see the architectural masterpiece of Angkor Wat and to stroll around this massive monument, to explore the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple. Day 3 Tonle Sap Lake This tour sometimes may be changed into the morning because of the level of water (high or low level), your guide will re-confirm the time for the tour. Visit one of Siem Reap s authentic floating villages. Located on the north-western tip of the Tonle Sap, Me Chrey village allows for an authentic floating village experience. The small village is home to families who unlike other floating communities still live in wooden house boats. The village moves throughout the year, depending on the water levels of the lake. At the end of the dry season when the lake s water levels are at its lowest, the villagers move closer to shore and live primarily from agricultural activities on land. By visiting a local home you get a better understanding of life on the lake and your guide would be more than happy to translate your questions to your hosts. Return to the port and visit the Silk Farm of Artisans d Angkor, located a 15 minute drive away. Here people with underprivileged backgrounds are given an opportunity to improve their livelihoods by reviving the ancient crafts of making art and producing silk. A local representative accompanies you and walks you through the farm and explains all the steps necessary to produce quality silk. Return to town for a free evening. Page 4 of 9

5 Day 4 Fly to Ho Chi Minh City You will have some free time until airport transfer for 1h30 flight to HCMC. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is your own leisure in Ho Chi Minh City. Day 5 Cu Chi Tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City Tour Start the day with a visit to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels. Stretching over 250 km, Cu Chi is one of the most famous and historical aspects of war in Viet Nam. The tunnel system was created in 1948 to assist the Viet Minh as they fought the French for independence and became legendary during the 1960 s in playing a vital role in the Viet Nam War by allowing the Viet Cong (communist guerrillas) to control large rural areas, just 65 km away from Ho Chi Minh City. In the afternoon, we will visit some of the other major attractions in HCMC: the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office and Thien Hau Pagoda. Guide: Enjoy Speaking Guide Day 6 Mekong Delta Full Day Boat Trip A trip to Mekong Delta to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and the rich culture of the vibrant southern Delta region. Boating down the river to experience the local life, fishing port, fishing floating house, enjoy the local folk song music and seasonal fresh fruit. In the early morning, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and then start leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, enjoy the folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant. After taking some refreshment time after lunch, we will cycle around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to Page 5 of 9

Day 7 Fly to Danang You will have some free time until airport transfer for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Day 8 Danang Free Day You will have a free day to explore Danag on your own. Recommended visits are: Marble Moutain, Monkey Mountain, My Khe Beach, Cham Museum. Day 9 Danang My Son Hoi An City Our guide will pick you up at around am and take you to My Son, a World Heritage site, 50 km southwest of Hoi An. You will learn about the Cham history and how this massive sanctuary was built. My Son is a complex consisting of more than 65 architectural towers and temples dating back to 4th century. The site was used for religious ceremonies for Kings of the ruling dynasty as well as burial site for national heroes and royal family up to the 19th century. My Son is considered to be of same historical significance as Southeast Asia s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. Transfer to Hoi An for luch at a local restaurant. This afternoon we will explore Hoi An ancient town., an other World Heritate site. We will visit the Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung house, Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms in Hoi An. 7 Day 10 Hoi An Foodie Tour Fly to Hanoi Get picked up from your hotel at around 07:30 for morning steeet food walking tour. This tour takes you off the beaten path to get a unique glimpse into daily life in this lovely city. Hoi An morning street food walking tour focuses on the unique local street food of Hoi An. During four hours walking tour, you ll enjoy generous dishes. We lead small group through real neighbourhoods to indulge in Hoi An s best foods at places that have been making these food for generations. Each of our unique food tastings is combined with fun insights and anecdotes on food culture and local traditions. Our tour includes samples of: Pho, White rose + vac cake, Fried wonton, Che (Vietnamese sweet soup), Xoi (sticky rice), Xi ma (black sesame sweet soup), Cao lau, Vietnamese coffee, Vietnamese banh mi. After the tour, get transferred to airport for flight to Hanoi. On arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to hotel for check in. Day 11 Hanoi City Tour After breakfast at hotel, we will pick up from your hotel. Then we start visiting first place named Tran Quoc Pagoda, a Buddhist relic and national heritage lying on the West Lake. Next, visit Ho Chi Minh s Mausoleum, the final resting place of Viet Nam s greatest father, walking along Ho Chi Minh s stilt house where he lived and worked from 1958 to Then, continue to One-Pillar Pagoda the one modeled after a lotus flower, a symbol of Hanoi city before leaveing for Ho Chi Minh water puppet theater to enjoy water puppet show. The show starts at 11:15. 12:30: Enjoy a special set menu lunch at Orchid restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter. Next, visit Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam s first university. It was first constructed in 1070 under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. A vast structure that has existed to present day. Then, we will take you to St. Joseph s Cathedral. Its a late 19th-century Gothic Revival (Neo-Gothic Page 7 of 9

8 style) church that serves as the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hanoi to nearly 4 million Catholics in the country before leaveing for legendary Hoan Kiem Lake, visit turtle tower. You also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake to take photos at French Quarter and Opera House. Finally, we will drop you off at your hotel. Please note: Ho Chi Minh mausoleum closes every afternoon, Monday and Friday. So we will visit Vietnamese Women s Museum located in Hanoi, in Ly Thuong Kiet Street, near the central Hoan Kiem Lake and the old quarter. This museum is dedicated to Vietnamese women. The museum opened to public in 1995 and had been renovated between 2006 and 2010 instead of visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. Day 12 Hanoi Halong Bay Crusing Our experienced guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in the morning after breakfast, then we will departure to Halong Bay for 3.5 hours. We arrive in Hai Duong province, and have 20 minute short break before continue to Bai Chay harbour, Halong Bay. At noon around 12pm, you will be welcomed to Halong Majestic Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin. Then, you will be served Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. Around 14:30, Arrive in Van Gia floating fishing village. You will take rowing boat through the village or kayaking to visiting around the floating fishing village. Then, continue exploration the bay by visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village and swimming in the bay. Around 17.30, you will get back Halong Majestic Halong cruise. After some relaxing time, you will join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Halong Majestic Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam. For dinner, enjoy special BBQ seafood on the cruise. 9 Day 13 Halong Bay - Hanoi In the early morning, you will join Tai Chi lesson on sundeck under the wonderful morning sun. Then, you will enjoy morning view of bay s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee and have breakfast. Around 8:00am, you will arrive Sung Sot Cave (Amazing Cave) and join the guide to visit and explore the cave. Then, enjoy the lunch on cruise. Your Halong Majestic Cruise will be landing Halong Bay harbour around midday. We then return to Hanoi by shuttle bus. On the way, we will stop at Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop. Accommodation: On Cruise Day 14 Depart Hanoi Breakfast and free time until time to go to the airport for departure flight. Then, you will be dropped to the airport for your journey back home.
