2 Tour of Viet Nam A visit to Viet Nam is a step back in time, to a country that has not been overwhelmed by tourism. It offers the best of Southeast Asia A safe environment, with beautiful, unspoiled landscape, friendly people, and the best tasting food in Southeast Asia. Mon., Mar Cross the International Date Line and travel via Taipei to Singapore. Mon., Mar Early morning arrival in Singapore. Accommodations the Marina Mandarin Hotel, or equivalent. Depart on mid morning Singapore Airlines flight to Hanoi. Afternoon arrival in Hanoi. Tue., Mar. 20 Hanoi: This morning, our first stop will be to visit Ho Chi Minh s mausoleum and the One-Pillar Pagoda,, before we proceed to make our first effort at delivering wheelchairs at different venues throughout Hanoi. Lunch provided. Evening dinner event, including a performance of the famous Vietnamese Water Puppets. Wed., Mar Hanoi/Haiphong: Morning free. Lunch provided as a tour service before an afternoon transfer to Haiphong via Du Hang Pagoda and Hang Kenh. Dinner provided as a tour service. Harbour View Hotel accommodations, including buffet breakfast. Thu., Mar Haiphong/Cat Ba/Halong Bay/Hanoi: Today will be one of the highlights of the trip, as we take a boat trip to Cat Ba Island, for a private junk ride on Halong Bay. Rated a natural wonder and UNESCO World Heritage sight, Halong Bay is extraordinarily beautiful. If possible, we will stop on a secluded beach to enjoy lunch, and the waters of the bay. After our cruise, we return to Hanoi for dinner, which is provided as a tour service, before departing on an evening flight to Hue. Accommodations at Saigon Morin Hotel, including daily breakfasts. Fri., Mar Hue: Morning sightseeing at the Citadel, Purple Royal Palaces, etc. Provide lunch as a tour service. Afternoon free. Dinner boat cruise as a tour service. Sat., Mar. 24 Hue/Hoi An: This morning, we will travel down the Perfumed River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and the mausoleum of King Minh Mang. Over this period of time, we have conducted tours worldwide to participate in polio eradication programs, wheelchair deliveries, and humanitarian relief missions. is a tour company, and not a travel agency. As such, we do not sell to the general public. Instead, we select and purchase the travel services directly from the airlines, hotels, sightseeing companies, etc. In turn, we then sell these tours directly to the people who will make the trip. As such, each traveler is ensured the greatest travel value. Our tours will combine the purpose of a humanitarian mission with the enjoyment of leisure travel. While we will bring relief and assistance to those who lack mobility, the trips are designed to provide comfortable travel and accommodations to the traveler.

Bank Trustee Account and Financial Responsibilities: Payments are deposited in a Bank of America, Grand Lake Branch, Oakland, California, trustee account, used exclusively for this program. By law, cannot and will not use these funds for any purpose other than to defray the program costs. While the money is in the bank, Bank of America, and NOT, is custodian of the funds. When the travel service companies are paid, will have met its financial and trustee obligation for the travel services involved. Per Person Tour Prices Include: 1) Roundtrip economy class airfare; (2) Double occupancy hotel accommodations; (3) Meals and special events specified in the itinerary; (4) Private motorcoach sightseeing and transfers; (5) English speaking guide throughout; (6) Entrance fees; (7) Tips to local guides, drivers and hotel porters; (8) Other special events and values as identified in the itinerary; (9) Wheelchair distribution activities; and (10) Tour materials, which include a special event shirt, flight bag, and name tags. Prices do NOT include: (1) Airfares, except where noted; (2) Passport and visa fees, if any; (3) Airport departure taxes; (4) All insurance; (5) All personal expenses, (e.g., phone, laundry, etc.); (6) All health and medical services, and related expenses; (7) Refunds for missed or unused services; (8) Accommodations in excess of the nights listed in the itinerary; (9) Overnight delivery fees or delivery fees for clients outside the continental U.S.; (10) Meals not specified in the tour itinerary. Conditions of Prices: Prices are based on airfares, taxes and the relative value between the U.S. dollar and the currencies of the countries listed when the tours are priced and the folder is printed. If the exchange rates, airfares, or other travel costs change, the traveler may be assessed any extra charges, or refunds. Changes of Itinerary: reserves the right to change the itinerary or services for reasons which may be out of our control, (e.g.,: airline schedule changes, number of people who join a tour, natural disasters, etc.) If changes are necessary, the traveler may be assessed any extra charges or refunds. Cancellations and Other Charges: Cancellations must be made by letter, , or fax and NOT by telephone. Partial or total cancellation of tour services, regardless of reason, are subject to: (1) Funds that may be withheld or imposed by the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, sightseeing companies, etc.; and (2) A per person ' cancellation service fee, prorated before departure, as follows: $300 up to 46 days before departure, and $400 within 45 days of departure. Travelers whose changes result in rewritten air tickets will be charged whatever penalties the airlines may impose, and a $50 service fee. Those applying within 45 days of departure will be assessed extra expenses caused by late enrollment, with a minimum charge of $50 per person. Because the airlines, hotels, etc. impose heavy cancellation fees, we recommend the purchase of "Cancellation Insurance," which is available through.
