Greetings, Thank you for your interest in Seasonal Camping at Warwick Woods. Full Seasonal Agreements for 2018 start at $ for the first 2 people from April 1st through December 31st. Seasonal agreements may start at any time during the camping season, but they all end on December 31st. The site price is based on several factors: number of adults and children, agreement duration, site size, site setting (level of privacy), on-site sewer connection, method of payment and payoff date. Seasonal Agreements that begin after April 1st, and all Partial-Seasonal Agreements are pro-rated, based on the above factors. If a full-hookup sites is not available, we offer an excellent alternative a virtual full-hookup site. Details can be found later in this document. Seasonal and Partial-Seasonal Agreements are designed and priced for occasional use only (weekends, holidays, vacations, occasional weekdays, etc.). This document contains two examples of Seasonal Agreements. The first is a Full Seasonal Agreement (4/1/18 through 12/31/18) and the second is a Partial Seasonal Agreement (6/8/18 through 8/16/18 10 weeks). The sample agreements assume that there are two adults and one child (9 years old). They have chosen to take advantage of the virtual full-hookup service. Printing this document in color and double-sided will produce the best results. Thanks again. Sincerely, Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort IN BEAUTIFUL CHESTER COUNTY P.O. 11 Dear Seasonal Agreement Member, Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort IN BEAUTIFUL CHESTER COUNTY P.O. BOX 280 SAINT PETER S, PA (610) This letter is intended to provide you with more detailed explanations of the Seasonal Camping Agreement Terms and Conditions on the back page of your agreement. Item 1 Observe our quite hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and keep noise levels to a minimum outside of these times. Do not use any power tools (gas or electric) and/or other noise-generating hand tools such as hammers and saws between the hours of 4:00PM on Fridays and 3:00PM on Sundays. Exception times are between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Saturdays and between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Sundays. There have been very few instances of high noise levels after 11:00PM involving seasonal campers that have affected others. Most of the excessive noise occurs outside of quiet hours, during the day, on the weekend. It usually involves the construction or repair of something that requires the use of power tools, hand tools or both. In many cases, it lasts for hours. The noise permeates throughout the campground and is a distraction to virtually everyone. Since most of you only get an opportunity to make it up to the campground on the weekends, this is the only time that you have to blow off the leaves, swing a hammer, use a saw, etc. In an effort to provide you with an opportunity to complete some work on your site, while limiting the timeframe that the noise permeates throughout the campground, please refrain from the use of any power tools (gas or electric) and/or other noisegenerating hand tools such as hammers and saws between the weekend hours of 3:00PM on Fridays and 2:00PM on Sundays with the following exceptions: between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Saturdays and, between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Sundays. Please do not blow leaves from your site onto the roads. We appreciate your efforts to keep your campsite looking neat and clean. Item 2 Keep alcoholic beverages at your site. Beer kegs are not permitted. Under no circumstances, are we suggesting that you refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages while you are on your campsite or the campsite of a neighbor. As long as the noise level from the campsite and the demeanor of the people on it, remain civilized, there is no problem. Problems manifest themselves when alcohol is taken off of the campsite and brought to a more public location. The behavior of those consuming the alcohol, either overtly or covertly, becomes disturbing to others around them. This leads to complaints from other campers and usually requires one of us to remind the offenders of our policy on the use of alcohol in the campground. Moreover, it is something that people tend to remember about their visit to our campground that we would rather they forgot. Item 3 Pay close attention to your campfire at all times. Keep it under control, to a minimum, and in the fire ring. Extinguish fires before retiring for the evening or before leaving the site or campground. This should require no further explanation. Sample Only

Item 4 Keep your pet(s) on a short leash at all times and ensure that they do not disturb other campers. If you leave the site, take your pet(s) with you. Pets are welcomed off your site, but must remain out of campground buildings. Pick up their droppings and place them in the trash. No more than two pets are permitted on a campsite at the same time. We routinely hear complaints from seasonal and transient campers about barking dogs, particularly when the owner has left the animal alone on the campsite or in the camper. They either bark continuously or wait for someone to walk by the campsite before they start barking. Please accompany your pet at all times. We realize that it seems restrictive but, unless you can be absolutely certain that your pet will not become a nuisance to other campers while you are away, take it with you when you leave the campground, leave it at home or board it somewhere while you are in the campground. You have probably seen, as we have, people walking their pet(s) in the early morning. In some cases, you can see a plastic bag in the person s hand or hanging out of their pocket. The surprising thing is that, all too often, the bag remains empty, even after the dog has finished doing what the owner set out for it to do. You see the owner turn their head briefly to check for onlookers, and then, if the coast is clear, proceed as if nothing happened. Some walk a little way into the woods, out of the sight of others. Others seem to have no preference about where they are when nature happens to call on their pet. Please pick up after your pet. Item 5 Keep all weapons and/or firearms off of campground property. This includes all firearms as well as BB guns, air guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, etc. The only exceptions to this item are for law enforcement officers and off-season hunters. Law enforcement officers must notify the office that they may be storing firearms at their campsite. Off-season hunters require prior approval from Warwick Woods Campground management to bring a firearm and/or bow and arrow to the campground. Item 6 Ride bicycles in the daylight hours only and please wear a helmet. It is unsafe to ride at night. No skateboarding on campground property. This should require no further explanation except that we will require children to wear a helmet while riding a bicycle in the campground. If they are not wearing a helmet, we will bring it to your attention for corrective action. Item 7 Three-wheelers, four-wheelers, golf carts or any similar vehicle(s) are not permitted on the campground property. You may ride a motorcycle in the campground, but the noise level must be kept to a minimum. We will make exceptions to this policy, on an individual case, for customers requiring alternate transportation within the campground for medical reasons. Excessive motorcycle noise will also be handled on an individual case. Item 8 Respect all nature and ecosystems in the campground. Leave standing trees (dead or alive) and foliage as it is. If a tree appears to be dead or dying, report it to us. Fallen branches may be collected and used for firewood. This should require no further explanation. Item 9 Drive safely and slowly. The campground speed limit is 5 MPH. Be alert at all times, especially in high pedestrian traffic areas such as the store vicinity. Please report violations to the office and we will address the issue with the person. If you feel comfortable in doing do, address the issue yourself with the offender. Item 10 Keep your parked vehicle(s) on the site and out of the way of traffic. Please do not use the store parking lot for additional vehicles. If you need extra space for an additional vehicle, please contact the office and we will do our best to find a place for it. Sample Only

Item 11 Keep the use of sports activities to designated areas. These include horseshoes and other games that could damage the campsite or surrounding area. This should require no further explanation. If you have a particular activity that requires additional space, please inquire at the office. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Item 12 Use only the campground main roads and paths to walk or ride. Do not walk or ride on any unoccupied campsite, whether or not there is a camping unit on it. Please do not walk through any seasonal or transient campsite as a shortcut to get to your destination. This applies whether or not the site is occupied. Item 13 Use clotheslines for towels only. Laundry facilities are available. This should require no further explanation. Item 14 The site is to be occupied only by those people listed on the front page of this agreement. These people are considered to be seasonal agreement members. All non-members occupying the site, during your absence, must pay the normal site fees for a no-hookup campsite. Prior notice must be given to us before any non-member occupies the site during your absence. The primary reason for this is that we do not permit subletting of any kind in the campground whether or not you charge them. This includes anyone who is not listed on your agreement. It could be a friend, neighbor, relative, etc. We must have prior approval from the primary or secondary agreement member (whose signature appears on the back of the agreement) before we will permit anyone to occupy your site during your absence. They (or you) must pay the site fee(s) for a no hookup tent site, including any extra person fees if they apply. This does not apply to day or overnight visitors. A visitor is someone who visits you while you are staying at the campground. They (or you) pay the established day or overnight rates for seasonal visitors. Item 15 All of your agreement members and/or guests, under the age of 18, must be back at the site by 11:00 PM. If we see underage children off of a campsite, after 11:00 PM, the first thing we usually tell them is that their parents are looking for them. We just assume that is the case. If we know where they are and you do not, we will bring that to your attention for corrective action. This is primarily a safety issue, and we do make exceptions. Please let us know what you plan for them to do after 11:00 PM and we will make the determination if it is acceptable. Item 16 No agreement member or visitor, under the age of 21, is permitted in the campground unless a agreement member, 21 years of age or older, from the site (or, with our prior approval, from another campsite) is in the campground at the same time. Simply put, it is your responsibility as the primary or secondary agreement member to ensure that an adult, 21 years of age or older, assumes the responsibility of the conduct and whereabouts of those under 21 years of age, during your absence. If that is not possible, they must accompany you when you leave the campground property. We have had many instances of parents leaving their children in the campground, without proper supervision by an adult 21 years of age or older. This often happens during the summer, when children are left at the pool and their parent(s) leave to go shopping, etc. Item 17 Enjoy the natural nighttime canopy of trees and stars by limiting the use of patio lights to two strings. Bright sources of light at your campsite can be distracting to others who wish to enjoy the atmosphere that nighttime can provide. Turn off the site lighting before retiring for the evening. Enough said. Sample Only

Item 18 Inform your visiting guests that they will need to register at the office, and receive a car pass, before entering the campground. Visitor s hours are between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Visitors will be permitted to register until 8:00 PM. There is a fee for visitors, which you may pay prior to their arrival. Visitors who leave the campground within two hours of their arrival will be refunded their money, except on any day in which the campground pool is open. Visitors are welcomed at the campground. If you wish to pay for your visitors either in advance or after they have departed, please stop in the office, in advance of their arrival, and let us know that you are expecting them. We will prepare the necessary passes ahead of time to help speed their check in. If they will be paying themselves, ask them to check in at the office before proceeding to your site. You may have a total of eight people (seasonal members and visitors) at one time on your site. If you expect the total number of people to exceed eight, please check with us at the office before making plans. Item 19 Your camping unit and the site must be kept neat and clean at all times. All firewood must be cut and stacked neatly. There may not be uncut pallets, lumber, long branches, etc. left in a pile. You may want to consider securing your wood to prevent or reduce the possibility of loss. This could be a Rubbermaid type structure, a caged and locked box that you build or something else. Please check with the office before you purchase or build something. Item 20 Tents, decks, sheds, storage units or other structures are permitted on the site only with our prior approval and placed in a location that is approved by us. A security deposit of $ from you to us is required for any or all of the aforementioned items. Once any of the aforementioned items is on the site, you own it, whether or not you paid for it. It is your responsibility to remove it, either to another occupied seasonal campsite, only with our prior approval, or off of the campground property on or before the date that this agreement is terminated. Security deposit refunds will be made only when we are satisfied that the item(s) have been removed and the site is returned to the same condition as on the date in which you first occupied it. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent to you for the work involved to restore the site, using the security deposit as full or partial payment. Please do not assume that you can place any of the items mentioned above on your site without prior approval from Warwick Woods management. It is always best to ask first. The $ security deposit is required to cover our costs to remove the structure and clean up the site if you do not do so upon termination of your agreement. Item 21 All tents, suspended tarps or coverings, canvas/vinyl-type coverings for screen rooms etc. must be taken down by the November 1st of the current year and remain down until the April 1st of the following year. This should require no further explanation. Item 22 Refrigerators may only be kept inside your camping unit. No refrigerators, freezers or refrigerator/freezer combination units may be kept outside of your RV. Item 23 No changes can be made to the site without prior approval from us. These include, but are not limited to, any expansion of the site size (usually defined by the existing gravel), water diversion paths, gravel or stone from outside sources, pavers, paths between campsites, railroad ties, decks, patios, etc. No firewood may be delivered to the site unless it is delivered in your vehicle. This should require no further explanation. Item 24 Take your trash to the dumpster after the last pick up (5:00PM). Do not leave it outside overnight. This should require no further explanation. Sample Only

Item 25 Camping units or vehicles may not be washed without our prior approval. The campground s water supply comes from a well. The flow of water depends on previous weather conditions. Please do not wash your camping unit and/or vehicle(s) unless you are given prior approval from Warwick Woods Management. Item 26 Camping units must be insured and have an up-to-date license plate. Proof must be provided to us when we request it. This should require no further explanation. Item 27 This agreement is designed and priced for occasional use only (weekends, holidays, vacations, occasional weekdays, etc). Under no circumstance, can you make the site a primary place of residence and no mail can be sent to you at our mailing address. If we determine that the frequency and/or duration of your occupancy exceeds this description, then other terms and payment plans must be made, and this agreement will be terminated. If you live at the campground, spend most days and/or nights at the campground or stay at the campground more frequently than what is described above as occasional use only, then we will notify you and try to provide you with alternative camping options. If we are unable to satisfy your needs, your agreement will be terminated and your camping unit and personal belongings must be removed from the campground property. Item 28 You may camp during the off-season (Dates that the campground is closed to transient camping.), if this agreement timeframe includes off-season dates. You must notify us prior to your arrival. During the off-season, the campground will be gated. You may contact us by , text message to an owner s phone or call an owner and inform them of your off-season camping intentions. Item 29 All other rules and regulations of Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort, not expressed herein, apply. Please refer to the Camping Courtesies on the back of the campsite map included in this package or available in the office. Confirmation of reading, understanding and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the agreement as well as the additional terms presented above signature section. Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort, its management or employees are not responsible for any injury, accident, theft, vandalism, personal or other property damage and/or loss involving myself, my other agreement members, my guests or my pet(s). I am responsible for the conduct and/or actions of the other members listed on this agreement, my guests, my pets, and myself. I declare and confirm that I am the owner of all items located on site (your site#), which are not part of the site itself, with the exception of the picnic table and fire ring. If I become delinquent by 30 days in payment of my balance(s), I authorize Woods Family Camping Resort Management and/or their designate(s) to lock and/or render my camping unit immovable. If I do not pay all outstanding balance(s) within thirty (30) days of a postmarked mailing date of a USPS certified letter from Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort to me, containing the contents of this paragraph, my camping unit and other contents of the site will be considered abandoned. I therefore authorize Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort Management and/or their designate(s), to disconnect my utility service(s), remove my camping unit from site (your site#), and either (1) place and render it immovable on the campground property or, (2) have it removed from the campground property and turned over to a 3 rd party for transport, storage and collection of all debts owed to the 3 rd party and Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort. I agree to hold Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort Management and/or their designate(s), harmless for any resulting loss or damage to my camping unit and/or its contents as a result of any of the aforementioned actions. Also, any or all of my personal property items, such as decks, grills, canopies, tents, wood, etc., may be dismantled and/or disposed of by Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort Management and/or their designate(s), from site (your site#). I agree to pay all of my balances, including costs to remove and store my camping unit, dismantle and/or dispose of my other personal property and restore site (your site#) to a rentable condition, even if those balances are incurred past the through date, or termination date, of this agreement. This agreement may be terminated by Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort Management at any time for any reason. If I terminate this agreement before it expires, I will not be reimbursed any money. I have read, understand, agree, accept and will abide by the terms and statements of the above paragraphs, as well as the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this agreement. 17 Dear Seasonal Agreement Member, Warwick Woods Family Camping Resort IN BEAUTIFUL CHESTER COUNTY P.O. BOX 280 SAINT PETER S, PA (610) This letter is intended to provide you with some information that may be helpful to you as a seasonal camper at Warwick Woods, and to explain to you some of the procedures to use to get things done. We list these points in no particular order and we are always available to answer any questions that you may have. Although you may be familiar with many of these topics, we provide them again for you as a reminder. Propane Filling Propane is available for sale every day of the camping season. We try to fill propane tanks when you need propane but, on occasion, we may not be able to fill your tank until we can get to the propane station later in the day. It is a good idea to put your name and/or site number on your tank with an indelible marker. To have your propane tank(s) filled, stop in the office to pay for the propane you need. If someone is available to fill it then, we will do so. If we cannot get to it until later (usually within an hour), we will schedule someone to fill your tank as soon as possible. Simply place your tank, well off of the road, near the propane station, which is located across from the parking lot on the side of the office. Many people drop off their tanks on the way to the store, etc. and pick them up on their return. Please remember to stop in the office before you do this. Because propane prices vary, almost as frequently as gasoline prices, the price for propane may fluctuate. We try to keep our prices as low as possible. Electric Bills Each seasonal site has an electric meter on it. The price you pay for electricity depends completely on your use of electricity. Recent prices range from 14 to 19 per kilowatt hour. It may be a good idea to keep an occasional eye on your meter to give you an idea of your usage and what to expect on your next bill. If you have a digital meter, this is pretty simple to do because the numbers are displayed on the front of the meter and are very easy to read. If you have an analog meter, with 4-5 dials on the front of it, we can explain to you how to read the meter to keep track of your usage. We read meters during the first week of May, July, September and November. An invoice will be mailed to you by the second week of those months along with any other outstanding balances you may have. Seasonal Site Payments Unlike many other campgrounds, where payment in full is required before the start of the camping season, our seasonal site payment plan allows you to make monthly payments through most of the camping season with your balance due on your September 1 st payment. Please make your payments on time. If you are unable to do so, please inform the office, in advance of your scheduled monthly payment. We will do our best to work with you on alternate payment arrangements. Bulk Trash Removal Please dispose of your bulk trash at home. Bulk trash consists of any large item that includes, but is not limited to, grills, furniture, propane tanks, screen room framing, etc. If you have questions, please check with the office. Please do not leave these items out with your other trash for pick-up at your site and do not dispose of them in the dumpsters or anywhere else in the campground. RV Sales and Service If you are interested in purchasing a new or used RV, or if your current RV requires service, there are several businesses in the area that can meet your needs. RV sales and service business names are available on request. Sample Only

RV Wastewater We offer several options that address RV wastewater for seasonal customers. They are as follows: Wastewater Connection on Campsite Due to the limited number of wastewater-connection sites, we have only a few sites reserved for seasonal and partial-seasonal customers. Customers who occupy one of these sites, must keep their back water pull(s) in the closed position at all times, except when discharging their black water holding tank(s) into the sewer connection on the campsite. It is highly recommended that, after their black water is discharged, there is ample gray water remaining in their gray water holding tank to discharge it into the onsite wastewater connection, after the black water, to rinse the wastewater hose and reduce odors. Included Wastewater Disposal Service (Virtual Full-Hookup) We offer an excellent alternative to an onsite wastewater connection for all seasonal and partial-seasonal customers who occupy sites without it. For a nominal fee, which is significantly less that an onsite wastewater connection, we provide a customized onsite wastewater disposal schedule to meet the needs of customers who do not wish to pay for the service when it is needed or do it themselves. We put each customer on a customized schedule that works best for them, because each person has different needs based on several factors such as number of people, holding tank capacity, etc. Because we ask that you use odor-reducing or odor-eliminating chemicals for your black water, we try to hold off on pulling the black until it is necessary to do so (Because you have to add more chemicals each time we empty it). The schedule works like this: Tuesday afternoon - gray water or both (We try to pull all black water on this day because our waste water is picked up Thursday morning, but it's up to you.) Thursday afternoon - gray water or both Saturday afternoon - gray water only Sunday morning - gray water or both. Pay for Disposal Service as Needed - If you are on a campsite that does not have an onsite wastewater connection, we provide an on-site wastewater disposal service for a fee each time we complete the service. Regularly-scheduled service is provided on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays (gray water only) and Sundays. To use this service, please schedule and pay for it in the office, no later than 9:30AM on the regularlyscheduled day in which you would like it completed. The price for emergency disposal service is double the cost regularly-scheduled service. Emergency disposal service is any service that falls outside of any regularlyscheduled service previously described. Details about this service are available in the office. Most seasonal campers stop in the office on their way home on Sunday and schedule service for Tuesday or Thursday of the upcoming week. Do it Yourself You have the option of disposing of your wastewater, without a fee, buy using our wastewater disposal station, located across from the office. You may use the disposal station by either moving your camping unit to the station or using a portable wastewater holding tank. If using either of these options, you must follow certain procedures that have been established by us and details are available in the office. Failure to comply with any of these procedures will result in a suspension of your option to use our wastewater disposal station until the violation has been remedied. Please note that you are required to use odor-reducing or odor-eliminating chemicals in your holding tanks. Other Water and Wastewater Restrictions The Chester County Health Department requires the following concerning RV water and wastewater: With the exception of campsites with an onsite wastewater connection, all RV wastewater ports must have a solid black cap (no holes in the cap and/or garden hose cap) affixed to them at all times and pulls must be in the closed position. The only exceptions will be during the completion a scheduled onsite disposal service by us or when you discharge wastewater into a blue tank for emptying at our disposal station. All water hoses, that are not coiled, off the ground and connected to a water faucet, must be removed. The only exception is the water supply hose connected to your RV. All sinks, not inside your RV, must be removed. Unless you have a sewer connection on your campsite, all dehumidifiers must have a separate drain line to the outside if you elect not to use your self-contained, closed RV holding tanks to store the collected water. Sample Only The Chester County Health Department routinely conducts onsite inspections. Violations can result in citations and fines being issued. We also check for compliance.

Visitors Visitors are welcomed at the campground. You may have a total of eight people (seasonal members and visitors) at one time on your site without prior notice. If you expect the total number of people to exceed eight, please check with us at the office before making plans. Seasonal Site Improvements We appreciate the work that you put into your site to keep it looking attractive and we encourage you to make ongoing improvements in the future. Please remember that: All seasonal agreement rules apply concerning changes to your site. No permanent or semi-permanent changes can be made to your site without prior approval from Warwick Woods management. These include such things as water diversion paths, gravel or stone from outside sources, railroad ties, decks, patios, pavers, etc. Please check with us before starting any work of this type on your site. Excessive Noise Since most of you only get an opportunity to make it up to the campground on the weekends, this is the only time that you have to blow off the leaves, swing a hammer, use a saw, etc. In an effort to provide you with an opportunity to complete some work on your site, while limiting the timeframe that the noise permeates throughout the campground, please refrain from the use of any power tools (gas or electric) and/or other noise-generating hand tools such as hammers and saws between the weekend hours of 4:00PM on Fridays and 3:00PM on Sundays with the following exceptions: between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Saturdays, and/or between 11:00AM and 12:00PM (Noon) on Sundays. Please do not blow leaves from your site onto the roads. We appreciate your efforts to keep your campsite looking neat and clean. Employment Opportunities When positions are available, seasonal campers may apply for them. If you are interested in employment, please inform the office. If you work at the campground, you may qualify for discounts on your seasonal agreement in addition to your pay compensation. Parking All vehicles must be parked on your site and off of the road. We do not have any overflow parking areas. The parking lot next to the office is for Warwick Woods employees and short trips to the office and laundry. The lot next to the Recreation Hall is for RV storage and, during the summer months, trips to the pool, assuming that there are enough open parking slots. RV Sales and Service If you are interested in purchasing a new or used RV, or if your current RV requires service, there are several businesses in the area that can meet your needs. RV sales and service business names are available on request. Helping Out - Volunteering Most of our activities are free and some of them are offered at a nominal fee. We are able to do this because people are willing to offer their time to help us with a particular event or program on a one-time or ongoing basis. Your help is appreciated and it helps to keep the costs of all activities and events down. Therefore, everyone wins. If you are interested in offering your time and skills to an activity, please stop in the office. We will give you the list of current activities to take and review. Perhaps you have an idea for a new activity or event. We would appreciate any help that you can provide. Sample Only

Meal Sign-Ups Throughout the season, we hold several events that require reservations and, sometimes, payment in advance. They may include dinners, breakfasts and a few other events. Please refer to your Event Schedule for more information on the events and dates. Meals require advance notice and are on a first come, first served basis as many of them will be sold out. You may make reservations by calling Joyce Daly at or sending an to her at wwcgjd@gmail.com. Outside Vendors Warwick Woods is private property and, as such, vendors will not be permitted in the campground without prior approval. All vendors must register at the office before proceeding to your site. Please inform the office of any expected visits from vendors, including the purpose of their visit and expected arrival date and time. Stone and Firewood Deliveries Bulk stone and firewood are delivered between Mondays and Thursdays, with advance notice. Prices are available in the office. You may schedule these deliveries there. You are welcomed to bring in your own firewood, in your vehicle. No other outside sources of firewood or stone may be brought into the campground at any time. Off-Season Camping All seasonal campers are welcomed to use the facility during the full term of their agreement. During the offseason, water is turned off to your site, but you still have electricity. The bathrooms, laundry and showers are open in the office building. Even though the weather may be cold, you will still have heat inside your RV. It can be a very quiet and relaxing getaway for the night or weekend. Please notify Warwick Woods Campground management prior to your expected arrival date. RV Winterization There are several sources for winterizing your RV at the end of the season. We provide this service as well. Many campers do it themselves. If you choose to have someone do it for you, please schedule it by mid-october. Duplicate RV Keys We would like to maintain a spare set of keys for each seasonal RV in the campground. A few reasons to do this are: You drive all the way to the campground and discover that you forgot your keys. A vendor requires a key to your RV to complete work that you have requested. An emergency occurs that requires immediate access into your RV (smoke alarm, fire, water pouring out of the bottom of the RV, etc.). For these, and dozens of other reasons that have occurred, please have an extra set made and drop them off at the office. There will most likely come a time when you will be happy that you did so. In Closing We hope that this letter has helped to answer some questions that you may have had. The other two sources of information are the back page of the campsite map and the back page of your seasonal agreement. Thank you for choosing Warwick Woods for your seasonal camping destination. We will do everything possible to make this season a great one, and continue to make improvements and enhancements designed keep you coming back in the future. Sincerely, John and Pat Daly Jim and Joyce Daly Sample Only
