3 Welcome the 2018 FROG International Rally! We hope you ll have a wonderful time, and that you ll take advantage of the opportunities make new friendships and renew existing ones; enjoy great meals, entertainment, and hospitality; learn about your RV and ways of enjoying and caring for it; experience informative urs of various Forest River production plants and Amish area attractions; and much more. Please wear your nametag in its green wallet while on the grounds and on any urs. Your nametag is your ticket all events, as well as helping other members get acquainted with you. If you have children or grandchildren with you, please be sure they are wearing their nametags as well. FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, please write your name and phone number on the back of their nametags so that we can contact you in case they become separated from you. Meals will be served in Building A, the largest building on the fairgrounds, located just west of the RV display and the stage lawn. Breakfast will be served Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. 9:00 a.m. (Service Techs will be in for breakfast at 7:00. Please wait until 7:30 arrive so that they can finish and report for the day s service activities.) Dinner will be served on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Doors open at 5:00, serving from 5:30 7:00. For breakfast, please feel free go directly the serving lines when you enter the building. For dinner, please come in and have a seat. We will call tables by section go through the serving lines in order reduce time standing in line. At all meals please take one serving, then feel free return once everyone has been served. Concerts on the Lawn are scheduled for Wednesday and Friday evenings, weather permitting. Please bring a lawn chair and join in the fun! In case of inclement weather, we ll move in Building A. Vendors are located Buildings E and F, the two buildings adjacent Building A, and in several nearby outdoor locations. Vendor areas will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. In addition the great products, great deals, and great information that they provide, many of the vendors will be doing prize drawings each day, so be sure go back on a regular basis see if you re a winner! The FROG Rally Office is located in Building E, the vendor building nearer Building A. Lost and found is located there, as is information about ur tickets for sale. The Rally Service Center is in the Ag Hall, corner of Oak and Dahlia, just east of the Elkhart County Community Center. If you have requested service on your RV, you must check in at the Service Center. Please be sure you have your campsite number from the orange tag that you receive when you park, and that you provide a phone number where you can be reached. Enjoy the Rally events while you re waiting for a service team call and come your RV. Remember that animals must be crated or removed from the RV if the service team is going be inside in order prevent injury or accidental escape. The Forest River RV display will be open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. Tracr / Wagon shuttles will run throughout the day Monday through Friday, primarily between the Northeast and Track areas and Building A. Golf cart limo shuttles, nicknamed the Pad Hopper Express, will be available every day throughout the fairgrounds.

4 Alcohol may be consumed at campsites or at dinner by those of legal age. Please do not consume alcohol at other locations, including while in or on a golf cart or any other vehicle. Please be considerate and respectful of others around your campsite. No ground fires or other wood fires are allowed. Propane campfire containers are allowed. Please do not discharge waste water on the ground. If you don t have a sewer site, you will be able obtain a free pump-out on Wednesday or Thursday. BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR GREEN TAG attached the front of the unit and visible the driver as the truck comes by. If your discharge valves are inside a compartment, PLEASE HAVE THE COMPARTMENT OPEN. Please note the number of valves on your green tag if you have more than two. BUS TOURS. All bus urs will load on the front parking lot of the Elkhart County Community Center, where you checked in with parking when you arrived. PLEASE BE THERE AT THE DESIGNATED TIME ON THE SCHEDULE. We cannot hold buses for late arrivals. Amish area urs will travel on Cardinal buses. We ll have volunteers at each bus make sure you re on the right bus. Facry urs will travel on Royal Excursion buses. Those who have signed up for a facry ur will be given seats. If there are any no-shows, we might have additional seats available for stand-by members at departure time. There will not be a stand-by list, but rather we will board others who might be at the bus hoping go. If you have reservations on one of the Amish area urs and decide not go, or if you are hoping get on one of those urs, you can post a note at the FROG Rally Office in the vendor area. Any transactions are between the buyer and the seller. FROG will not be buying back or refunding any urs in Goshen. SEMINARS: We have nearly 100 seminars scheduled throughout the week. Unlike prior years, most of our seminars will be indoors. Seminar Areas 1-4 are located in the Elkhart County Community Center, the large building where you checked in for parking. Enter under the canopy on the back side, facing the fairgrounds. Seminar Area 5 in in Building A, where we have dinner, on the end opposite the serving lines. Seminar Area 6 is the Nelson s Pavilion, the pavilion behind the RV display and nearest the clock wer.
