4 BYACRE AWARDS if DESIGN AWARD The Scandinavian Home range was the winner of the if DESIGN AWARD This is among the most prestigious and largest design competitions in the world dating back to An if DESIGN AWARD is a seal of excellence, a testimony of quality, and a challenge to the competition. For users, it is a symbol of trust. EXPOLIFE INTERNATIONAL DANISH DESIGN AWARD The Scandinavian Home range was the winner of the Danish Design Award in the Improved Welfare category. For many people, the use of a rollator is associated with a loss of personal dignity and identity in addition to the impact on the intimate domestic sphere when welfare technology is installed in the home. Scandinavian Indoor range takes up this challenge with its functional design and harmonious expression, which puts the user center stage and blends seamlessly into the home without introducing an institutional feel. The Carbon Ultralight came in second in the Expolife International s product innovation of the year 2017 competition. A modern and extraordinary design, fresh colors and the low weight yet stable carbon frame were highlighted as key features of the rollator. The judges also appreciate the large shockabsorbing wheels and handles that offer good driving behavior, also on uneven ground. Conclusion: Easy to fold, easy to load.

Like a true butler, this rollator assists you when standing, sitting or moving around your home. Add a basket and tray, and it even carries your cup of coffee. The aesthetic design makes the Scandinavian Butler a natural integrated part of your furniture collection. The shape allows you to get up close to tables and other items while still enjoying the stability of the walker. 8 SCANDINAVIAN HOME RANGE Brake System Central, mechanical brake system on the back wheels, controlled by the wide and easy to use aluminum handle placed just below the main handle. If pushed all the way down, the rollator is in the locked position. Scandinavian Butler will provide good support and security for people with impaired balance and/or mild to moderate difficulty walking. It is not intended for use on very uneven ground and steep climbs.

10 SCANDINAVIAN HOME RANGE Height Adjustment A 90 degree turn on the height adjustment buttons allows the handle to move up and down smoothly. The lowest position leaves the handle at 850 mm and the tallest position at 990 mm. The frame and handle are made of powder coated steel. The height adjustment button controls a steel pin that locks the handle in the desired position.

12 SCANDINAVIAN HOME RANGE Independent Wheels Front, back, left or right the Butler is easy to move around. Each of the four wheels consists of two independently turning wheels with industrial grade ball bearings to ensure a smooth riding experience, and the wheels work well, even on carpets. The design of the front and rear wheels are identical and the forks are simply attached to the frame at different angles. This allows for a simple and minimalistic look. The wheels are coated with a soft polymer for a solid grip. Independently turning wheels

15 IN MY HOME BASKET The basket is made of a 6 mm thick polyester that looks and feels like wool, yet is easy to clean. The basket is spacious and can be filled with everything from heavy books to easy knitting, blankets and more. TRAY The tray is beatifully made of clear coated wood with a natural raw look and feel. The tray can carry a book, coffee or tea cups, a lunch plate or similar items. 15

SCANDINAVIAN MIST Avoid clumsy, fixed installations in the bathroom when extra support is needed. Easy-breezy like a morning mist, this award-winning rollator is your new best friend in the bathroom. It comes with a shower seat, has a stainless-steel frame and in the locked position, it serves as a bath chair with the handle functioning as backrest. Besides being a stable buddy when you re in the shower, the Mist also works as a handle to pull when lifting yourself up from the toilet seat and it helps you keep the balance when walking to the mirror.

18 SCANDINAVIAN HOME RANGE SCANDINAVIAN GARDENER This rollator has similar design as the Scandinavian Butler, but it is meant to support with daily chores around the house, such as weeding the garden, moving heavy items around or planting seeds for the coming season. Accessories include a high tray for tools, a low tray for larger items, such as bags of soil for planting, and a wicker basket for sprouts and seeds.

19 AROUND MY HOME WICKER BASKET When strolling the garden this wicker basket can carry plants, garden tools and other items needed for garden activities, while your hands are safely placed on the handle. HIGH TRAY The Gardener Tray is flat and attached high up on the rollator to allow easy access to garden gloves and tools needed for trimming plants and other activities. The high tray is particularly useful for garden work when you are in a standing or sitting position. 19

22 CARBON ULTRALIGHT 100% Carbon Composite A carbon fiber is a long, thin strand of material composed mostly of carbon atoms. The carbon atoms are bonded together in microscopic crystals that are more or less aligned parallel to the long axis of the fiber. The crystal alignment makes the fiber incredibly strong for its size. Several thousand carbon fibers are twisted together to form a yarn, which may be used by itself or woven into a fabric. The yarn or fabric is combined with epoxy and wound or molded into shape to form various composite materials. Carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials are used to make aircraft and spacecraft parts, racing car bodies, golf club shafts, bicycle frames, sailboat masts, and many other components where light weight and high strength are needed. 24 CARBON ULTRALIGHT Brake System Individual mechanical brake system, controlled by the handles just below the main grip. If pushed all the way down, the rollator is in the locked position. When driving, the brakes are activated by pulling the large 4-finger grip. The brake cables are internally routed, and hidden inside the frame. This means that the aesthetic experience is significantly enhanced from traditional rollators. The handles are coated with rubber, for a secure grip in any condition. invisible brake cables

26 CARBON ULTRALIGHT Height Adjustment A push on the height adjustment button allows the handle to be pulled up and down in 30 mm increments. When the button is released, it pushes forward a metal pin, which will settle in the next available hole in the aluminum tube. The lowest height is 790 mm and the highest possible position is 910 mm.

28 CARBON ULTRALIGHT Soft Wheels No bumping, just a soft and comfortable ride. The four wheels are made of 200 mm PUR tires that leaves very little bumping and puts less strain on your hands when walking on uneven surfaces. The Carbon Ultralight is easy and light to stroll around with and the wheels turn at your slightest hand movement. The design of the forks and wheels are based on the organic shapes that shines through the Carbon Ultralight. The forks and axels are made of aircraft grade aluminum alloy. organic shape

30 CARBON ULTRALIGHT Seat & Folding System Needing a rest while waiting your turn at the store? The Carbon Ultralight seat is designed to resemble a chair and carries up to 130 kg. It s easy folding mechanism collapses the rollator for transport leaving it at a width of only 255 mm. A simple pull in the middle of the seat unlocks the folding mechanism. To unfold it again, push in one swift motion on the rails of the seats. The seat is made from strong polyester with a PVC coating on the rear side for further strenght. It absorbs only little water if left out in the rain, and is quick to dry again.

32 OUTDOOR RANGE Carbon Ultralight Accessories The Carbon Ultralight comes with a range of stylish accessories developed to assist you in your daily activities, such as shopping and strolling. They are available in grey mélange and fits well with the color scheme of this rollator. SHOPPER Going shopping? Don t forget your shopper. It easily attaches to the front of the rollator and has room enough for milk, wto stock in your fridge. A large size zipper is used to close the bag and an aesthetic lid provides a stylish finish to the bag.

33 BACKREST For improved balance when sitting on the seat, we offer a clever backrest. Our backrest supports the lower back and can be attached in different heights though limited to a maximum height 25mm below the rollators tallest position. ORGANIZER The organizer is made to hold your personal belongings, such as keys, wallet, napkins, etc. It can be attached to the back of the rollator and is thereby out of the way for potential pickpockets or thieves. When the organier is detached from the rollator, you can carry it over your shoulder like a small purse. 33
