We ask that these prices be respected year-round. Discounts are only acceptable during short (fourteen [14] days or less), infrequent (up to four [4] times per calendar year) sales and promotions. This does not apply to seconds, distressed or closeout merchandise. All prices are subject to change without notice. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS Past due balances will accrue a finance charge of 1.5% each month until past due balances are paid in full. RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS/ RESTOCKING All merchandise must have a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by illuminite Customer Service. illuminite will process the returned goods within sixty (60) days, and then notify the sender if credit will be issued. Credits will be calculated based on postmark date containing payment. Payment postmarked past thirty (30) days will be due at net terms. A twenty-five (25) percent restocking charge will be assessed for refused shipments and for new merchandise approved for return.
