2 About Us Celina, a division of Celina Tent, Inc. began with the creation of a tent rental business in 1996 serving the small community of Celina, Ohio, USA. Gaining more and more experience in event services, we gradually transitioned into manufacturing our own tent tops to guarantee higher quality. Eventually selling off the rental portion of the business, Celina has grown to be a manufacturer and distributor of quality celebration and event equipment with divisions in the United States, China (Celina Tent Taicang, Co. LTD, est. 2011), and the Philippines. In 2016, Celina established its first distribution center outside of the US. Branching out to the UK allows us to offer the same quality tents and accessories to Europe and beyond. Remaining a family owned business, our open-minded attitude toward new and innovative practices keeps Celina at the forefront of the expanding event market. We source quality products and are known as a major distributor of event chairs, tables, and tents throughout North America and Europe. All tents we offer are created at Celina-owned facilities to allow us to control the quality. Celina has searched the world for quality materials, state of the art equipment, and improved processes so that we can bring you the best value and highest quality products. PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION CAPABILITIES In an industry not known for innovation, Celina has established itself as a leader with modern equipment, manufacturing capabilities, and software to make products quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. At the Celina, Ohio manufacturing facility, our quality assurance lab is capable of doing in-house testing on raw materials. The 95,000 square foot manufacturing facility has the ability to produce more than 250,000 square feet of product per month! Celina Tent Taicang, Co. LTD consists of a 47,000 square foot facility, which bolsters our stock of engineered fabric products stored in the 100,000 square foot Distribution Center found at our main Ohio campus. With large warehousing and consolidation capabilities, Celina is able to fulfill most customer orders within 72 hours. With significant quantities of ready-to-ship tents and shelters in inventory, Celina has played a key role in numerous relief efforts for natural disasters and contingencies worldwide such as earthquakes, tsunamis and military surges. Development began on Chemical/Biological/Nuclear decontamination systems for the defense industry in 2011, further expanding the core competencies in Celina s repertoire. All printed items are produced at our in-house print shops, letting us follow each product from rendering to finishing and packaging to ensure the highest quality we can provide. 3 Classic Series Frame Tent The Classic Series Frame Tent combines a simple interconnected frame secured with fasteners to support the top fabric, allowing you to maximize useful space within the shelter. All Classic Series Frame tents use West Coast Style frames and fittings, making them interchangeable with all other frames and fittings in this style. Frame tents need to be staked to the ground or otherwise anchored for maximum stability. Sizes stocked: 10 (3 m) wide, 15 (4.5 m) wide, 20 (6 m) wide. 4 Classic Series Pole Tent Celina s Classic Series Pole Tents are designed to be easy, tension-supported installations simple enough for use at a wide variety of events. The fabric top is supported by center poles, which create tension across the vinyl to the side and corner poles. These poles are then anchored to stakes via ropes or ratchet assemblies, stabilizing the entire tent system. Sizes stocked: 20 x 20 (6 m x 6 m), 20 x 30 (6 m x 9 m), 20 x 40 (6 m x 12 m). As with the different choices in classes and brands of tents, sidewalls can be customized to match the tent top or the overall form of your structure. Due to the changeability of sidewall design, however, not all sidewalls are compatible or interchangeable between all classes and brands of tents. 12 Custom Printing How do our printable tents and canopy fabrics differ from industry standard fabrics? Celina s core business is tent manufacturing, so we know what makes a quality-made tent. Add to that the tremendous amount of print work we do and we ve got a formula for the best looking, best quality product available. This is why we use DuraTop for all our printed tents. DuraTop is a superior quality, printable fabric that is optimized for both tent manufacturing AND digital printing. DuraTop base fabric is constructed for tent use, meets flammability standards, is mold and mildew resistant, UV resistant and is printable. When you purchase a printed tent from Celina, rest assured you will get a tent that not only looks good, but that is safely meeting today s tent manufacturing standards. Standard Printable Fabrics Billboard fabrics are used for extended periods of time, never folded (some rolling occurs during installation), and are not required to be flame resistant or meet a flame specification. Standard printable fabrics are designed to receive inks and provide a durable surface resistant to scratches, abrasions, and the like. This makes Celina s billboard material, wide-format printable fabrics, great for durable sign faces that last for months. Standard Tent Fabrics Tent and canopy fabrics are constructed to take rigorous use in the event and rental industries. Rental tents are constantly going up, coming down, being folded, dragged, rolled, and handled relentlessly. This quality fabric is designed to endure all of that, plus heat, cold, wind, rain and the elements. However, it is not designed to be printed or receive inks. You can attempt to print it, but it will not perform well with abrasions, scuffs, and print quality issues. 11

19 Stakes MANUAL STAKE PULLER The Manual Stake Puller offered by Celina Tent uses a simple hinge to reverse the direction of force in order to remove stakes, posts, and ground rods. The hook-shaped head of the Manual Stake Puller is wrapped around the stake; when the lever is lifted, the stake puller slides down to the lowest point on the stake. Once the lever is depressed, the hinge connected to the head allows it to fasten onto the stake and redirect the downward force from the lever into lifting force. Manual Stake Pullers save effort by directing all force on the stake vertically, making stake and rod removal quick and easy. For a full container quote, please contact your account manager or contact us online with your request. Allow 3 5 days for a valid quote. Manufacturing lead time is around 4 weeks, at which point the container will be loaded and taken to the loading port. Keep in mind that it can take a few days to a week before your cargo is loaded at the corresponding loading port. The transit time from our supplier network to most locations in Europe and the United States is roughly days. The same wait time applies to the destination port, where it usually takes 2 3 days before your cargo is cleared and ready for shipping. When the container vessel arrives, the containers are unloaded, with some inspected by the local customs authorities. Port authorities will begin customs clearing, meaning they are calculating any duties, VAT, port fees and service fees*. Under most circumstances, Celina Tent has already factored these costs into the price quoted to the customer. Once the shipment is cleared by customs, the container will be moved by rail or semi-trailer truck. For most customers, this will add an additional 5 7 days after it leaves the landing port. When delivered to the customer s warehouse, there will be a short two-hour window to unload the container. Any extra costs charged by the trucking company for delay in unloading the container will be assessed and applied to the customer. When you receive container pricing from Celina Tent, these costs will be included: *Sea freight is quite slow; importation requires more long-term planning compared to domestic product purchases. It is recommended to place an order a minimum of 3 months before the products are needed in-warehouse. 18
