For retrofit into three hole lavatory decks, a plug with a stainless steel top is provided. For new construction, the spout and pushbutton may be installed with any centerset spacing. The infrared sensor is electronically operated with a supplied AC transformer (-BAT option provides a DC battery pack); Metering, with 0.7 gpm flow control. WH SO STAINLESS STEEL HOT & COLD AND SINGLE TEMPERATURE FAUCETS BestCare ligature-resistant faucets are specially designed with sloping surfaces and minimally protruding buttons to minimize ligature points. The faucets come in either a hot & cold configuration or a single temperature configuration. Designed with both new construction and retrofit in mind, the faucets come in many different rough-ins to fit most any application. All of the BestCare faucets come with valves that allow the facility to time the amount of water that will be delivered to the user when activated. There are two different varieties of valves - pneumatic and electronic. The pneumatic valve is pushbutton controlled, using air to activate the valve (ideal for retrofit because electricity is not required). The electronic valve is pushbutton activated and available for both hard wire and battery operated applications. All of the faucets meet lead free requirements.
