Valued at over a quarter billion dollars, the properties were financed with various capital structures, including domestic and international equity investment, bank loans and private funds. His legal background has played a key role in the success of his company, Riviera Point Development Group, which financed its latest projects through the federal EB-5 Visas Program, achieving a 100% approval rate from the USCIS for each of them. Passionate about the role of sports in building community and spurring economic development, he is founder and chairman of Miami Padel Masters, bringing top-ranked international padel stars to Florida in World Padel Tour's first major U.S. tournament. 11 DANIA AZPÚRUA DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS EDUARDO TESI SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER Dania is an attorney by training with deep experience in corporate law. She worked in the public sector at the Comisión Nacional de Valores in Venezuela (equivalent to the Securities Exchange Commission in the US) and as Référendaire at a Civil Court, assisting judges in researching issues before the court and in writing opinions. Today, she uses her experience and commitment to lead the Public Relations and Philanthropic activities of Riviera Point Development Group. With more than 10 years of construction industry experience, Eduardo oversees each project, from pre-construction through delivery. He has structured the financial component of developments and obtained loans totalling $60 million. He has developed projects in Florida and Latin America. In addition to his extensive experience in and knowledge of the financial world and of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Javier applies innovative analytic and execution skills in guiding RDPG's search for new businesses and growth opportunities. With masters degrees in political science and social science, he is frequently invited as a speaker for conferences at Miami Dade College Business School and also as coach to entrepreneurs and family enterprises in the process of scaling up. As financial controller for real estate development, Judy oversees all financial management aspects and the administrative control of all daily transactions. In addition, she keeps control of all investors' information and status in connection with activities of the approval process of EB-5 Visas for the different projects. His professional experience includes an internship at Merrill Lynch and Mario Camacho Foods. He also worked in the accounting department of Sunstreet Energy Group, a subsidiary company of Lennar Corp. Luis earned his bachelor's degree with a double major in Business Administration and Economics from Florida Southern College and is currently earning an M.S. in real estate development degree at Nova Southeastern University. 15 The U.S. Congress initiated the EB-5 program in 1990 to encourage foreign investment that creates U.S. jobs. The program allows a foreign investor and his or her immediate family to obtain conditional EB-5 visas for U.S. resident status by investing in a commercial enterprise that generates at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years. The investment is a minimum of $1 million* or $500,000* for a project which is located in an area with high unemployment (a designated Targeted Employment Area ). Once the investor meets the criteria, the EB-5 Visa becomes permanent. *Subject to changes in U.S. Government requirements for EB-5 investment.

20 PROFESSIONAL CENTER AT RIVIERA POINT Located in the city of Miramar, Florida at 7971 Riviera Blvd. This was our first project financed through the EB-5 Visas. It is an office complex of approximately 73,000 square feet comprehensive of two buildings of 4 stories each. Through this project, 34 foreign families obtained their resident status in the United States. It was delivered with high standards of construction and its design has served as a business platform and incubator for small businesses in the area. 22 RIVIERA POINT BUSINESS CENTER AT DORAL Located at 1500 NW 89 CT, Doral Florida This acquisition, development and construction of a two-story office building with approximately 41,000 square feet of space, developed on a 3.45-acre site. Includes spaces ranging from 800 to 1,200 Sq. Ft., which were designed to offer the ideal size for small businesses looking to set up their quarters. This project is part of a regional center approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Present vacancy rates are in line with the requirements of tenants set by USCIS. The area is now designated as The Employment Assigned area. Investment is based on a lending model limited to 19 qualified investors.
