Desert Cubs will assist you in the visa application process by providing all relevant information and documents required to obtaining Australian visas.

15 Tour Confirmation & Payments Registration is now open -only online registrations will be accepted and the link for registrations will be ed to you along with a copy of this presentation. Alternatively visit for registration We will accept confirmations only up to 31st March 2018 along with 3,500/- non-refundable deposit per person. Players will be admitted to squads on first come first served basis. Each squad will be limited to maximum of 13 players and we guarantee minimum six longer version games per player. The package rates are only valid till 28th February 2018and any registrations received after this date are subject to availability and with 5% surcharge on the published package rates. So hurry up and send in your confirmations before 28 th Feb % of the tour cost should be paid on or before 14th April 2018 and full payment on or before 31st May Tour payments can be made by cash, CHQ or credit card. However payments by credit card will be subject to addition of 2.25% bank charge.

16 How can you reduce your Tour Cost If player/s and/or family members are part of the tour party: We will credit 50% of the value of advertisements that you bring in for Desert Cubs Annual Tour Magazine to your tour cost and maximum up to the total cost of the tour. Excess if any will be paid in cash at 30% of the value of advertisement/s. We will credit 50% of net profit to your tour cost from sponsorships (brand names/logo s on player s kits/material) that you bring in. Excess if any will bepaid incash. Otherswhoarenotpartof thetourparty: You will be entitled for 30% cash back of the value of total advertisements that you bring in for Annual Tour Magazine. You will also be entitled for 50% of net profit from sponsorships (brand names/logo s on player s kits/material) that you bring in. Full details of Annual Tour Magazine advertisements and sponsorship packages will be ed to you along with this tour presentation.
