6 Badges, invitations and ticket office THE BADGES AND INVITATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED ACCORDING TO THE LEASED AREA - According to the leased area, the exhibitor will receive a specific number of Badges and Invitations. - The exhibitors can claim the badges and invitations with the International Commercial Coordinator of the Trade Show in Pavilion 5a of CORFERIAS at the International Business Department during the established dates. In addition to the invitations to which the exhibitor is entitled to, it is possible to acquire extra invitations, the minimun amount that can be purchased is a pachage of 20 invitations (COP $ per invitation). Terms of use of credentials Corferias suppiles to exhibitors and their employees, badges or special insignia, which are personal and non-transferable, these allow them to identity themselves as such and authorizes the entrance to the trade fair and other benefits to which the are entitled. Exhibitors will be held accountable for the fraud or dishonesty attempts that could take place by themselves, their employees or third parties using such insignia or badges. Any misuse by the exhibitors or their employees, or consented by them, shall entitle Corferias to expel the involved exhibitors immediatly, without compensation or acknowledgment of any kind, as well as the callection of a fine as a penalty by the mere fact breach, of the sums paid for their participation in the trade fair, likewise and by the discretion of Corferias they may they may become ineligible to participe in future eventes organized by Corferias. 7 Badges, invitations and ticket office Exhibitor Badges Are personal and non-transferable and must be carried by everyone who belongs to the exhibiting company. The badges must have the company name, the complete name and ID of the bagde carrier. Additional Badges They have the same use as the exhibitor badges, they are acquired when the badges given to the company are not enought for the company s exhibiting staff. It is possible to acquire extra badges by presenting the lease contract at the PLUS (Pavilion 10 Second Floor) and paying the required amount. They are personal and non-transferable and must be carried by everyone who belongs to the exhibiting company. The badges must have the company name, the complete name and ID of the badge carrier. Additional Badge Cost: COP $ each. Assembly Badges Assembly Badges must be carried by all personnel involved in the assembly, contracted work and decoration of the stands. This personnel must be under the supervision of and will be the full responsibility of - the exhibiting company. As many Assembly Badges will be delivered as the exhibitor requires. People carrying these badges must present their ARL and EPS id cards (profesional risks and health insurance cards). Ally: Organized By

8 Badges, invitations and ticket office Dismantling Badges They must be carried by the personnel respondible of tearing Down the strand, who has not exhibitor nor services badges. These credentials will be delivered without restrictions of amount according to the exhibitor s needs by presenting the good standing form provided by the supervisor of the pavilion when the Fair comes to its end, as long as the exhibitor has not outstanding foreign trade documents or pending payments. These badges shall be valid from the day after the trade fair is over and for the time allowed for this activity. People carrying these badges must present their ARL and EPS id cards (professional risks and health insurance cards) when entering the fairground, otherwise they will not be allowed enter. 11 Compulsory Insurance According to the terms established in the leased agreement, all items and/or goods that exhibitors have in their stand should be adequately insured against all risks and act with or without violence. This is an essential requirement for your successful participation in any trade fair or event. The exhibitor may extend their current insurance policy for coverage during the trade fair. If the exhibitor does not have existing and current insurance coverage, they must secure coverage for their goods with the insurance company of their choice. The exhibitor must present a copy of the insurance policy to the Floor Supervisor during the first day of the trade show build up; this allows the supervisor to deliver the leased area to the exhibitor in order to start the booth construction and decoration of the space.

12 Parking The parking lot that will be available for exhibitors of MEDITECH and ODONTOTECH will be the Parqueadero Torre Corferias - Av. Cra 40 No Service Hours: 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. Exhibitors can purchase parking vouchers at a preferential rate for exhibitors by presenting your participation contract. Parking voucher will be sold at the PLUS located on Hall 10 second floor of Corferias and will have a total cost of COP $62,000. Exhibitors will be able to use the voucher from June 30th, The parking voucher consists of an intelligent card, that is good for 1 parking space. In case of loss of the card, means of entrance will be lost and the cost to the exhibitor is ½ of a minimum legal daily wage.
