Less than anticipated oil gain from new development wells of D-1 field, delay in commissioning of B-193 process platform affected production. Delay in execution of G-1 development project. ONGC (Gujarat) Ageing of fields resulting decline in reservoir pressure & increased water cut affected production. OIL () Consequential effect of bandhs and blockades. Pvt./JVCs (Arunachal Pradesh) Sand ingress and water cut in the wells. Pvt./JVCs (Gujarat) No Oil production as the wells are ceased in Dholasan & Bhandut field. CB-ON-2003/2 is under development & yet to commence commercial production of oil. Natural decline of the Hazira field. breakdown of pump at ONGC unloading facility in Indrora field. Delay in execution of G-1 development project. ONGC () Lack of consumers. OIL(Rajasthan) Less than the committed withdrawal of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL). Pvt./JVCs (West Bengal) Incidentally produced CBM is being sold in small quantities as the field is currently under decvelopment. Pvt./JVCs (Gujarat ) Wells have been shut-in to reduce gas flaring and delay in drilling of wells in the Kanawara field. In the Sanganpur field only one well is producing and other two wells are ceased due to water loading. Pvt./JVCs (Madhya Pradesh) Pvt./JVCs (Jharkhand) Pvt./JVCs (Off-shore) CBM produced in smalll quantities are being internally used and flared as no market in near vicinity. Incidentally produced CBM is being sold in small quantities. KG-OSN-2001/3 field is under development & yet to commence commercial producton of gas.well Mercury is closed due to water loading in PY-1 field. Tapti gas production is less than budget due to non delivery of expected volumes from infill wells and MTA # 3 early water breakthrough followed by loading. A total of 10 wells in D1,D3 and 2 wells in MA have ceased to flow due to water /sand ingress in KG-SWN-98/3 field. Loading of wells, delayed well sevices activities, delayed delivery of PJ and PL infill wells and closeure of MA wells due to leak observed in the MA riser in the Panna-Mukta field. Note: RIL (SEZ) production figures for Nov'13 are revised from TMT to 3081 TMT & Dec' 2013 prorated figures revised from TMT to and Jan'2014 figures are on prorated basis. The crude throughput in IOC ( Guwahati & Barauni ), BPCL (Kochi), HPCL (Mumbai & Visakh), ONGC (Tatipaka),HMEL (Bhatinda), Essar (Vadinar) & RIL (SEZ) refineries have exceeded their planned target. The crude throughput in IOC (Haldia, Gujarat, Digboi, Mathura, Panipat & Bongaigaon), BPCL (Mumbai), CPCL (Manali & Narimanam), NRL (Numaligarh), MRPL (Mangalore), RIL (Jamnagar) & BORL(Bina) refineries was less than their planned target. IOCL, Haldia IOCL, Mathura IOCL, Panipat IOCL, Bongaigaon BPCL Kochi CPCL, Manali CPCL, CBR Throughput is regulated because of high intermediate & black oil stock. Throughput is in line with crude availability. Reasons for shortfall Throughput is lower due to extended FCC unit revamp shutdown & high black oil stock. Throughput is restricted because of shifitig of planned shutdown in Hydro Cracker unit & interruptions in crude suppply due to problem in SMPL crude supply line. Throughput is lower due to higher build up of intermediates than the plan which will be depleted in the subsequent months. Low crude throughput due to delay in arrival of Basrah Light and Arab Mix. Low thruput due to reduced Crude availability.
