Day 3 Hobart Oatlands Ross Cradle Mountain (378 km 5 hours) Drive north along the Heritage Highway towards Launceston, pausing at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Callington Mill in Oatlands, see carvings on the convictbuilt Ross Bridge and sample the delights at Ross Bakery, with its wood-fired oven. Turn off after Perth to head west to Cradle Mountain. Visit 41 0 South Tasmania salmon & ginseng farm, Melita Honey Farm and stop at Sheffield, a mural town along the way.
