Please indicate on Reservation Form Guests who wish to participate. Guests on Oklahoma City Flight, since your departure time is 8:00 AM on Saturday, if you wish to participate in Excursions during the week, please let us know and we will arrange accordingly. Should you have other Excursion you wish to participate in other than provided, please let us know and we will assist with arranging the Excursion and for transportation to and from the hotel. LUGGAGE AND CONFERENCE MATERIALS: Each Passenger may carry an average of 45 lbs checked in luggage and an additional carryon. You may bring conference materials (i.e. tools, displays, etc.). Please provide TransNational with the dimensions and weight of each piece so we may make arrangements with groundhandlers. Please be precise Cargo Door Clearance on aircraft is 2.92 x 4. Upon arrival, guests will exit aircraft and board motor coaches for transfers to hotel. Coaches cannot transport oversized pieces due to door restrictions. You will not receive travel documents to try and keep up with. Upon receipt of your Airfare Reservations, TransNational will return Flight Confirmation for you and your guests. Simply show up at Airport at designated times and you will see signage for SkillsUSA Oklahoma and the check-in counter. Present your ID at Counter and your name will be on the Manifest generated by TransNational from paid Reservations. They will check in your luggage, issue you a boarding pass, and instruct you for boarding. All guests should have some form of photo ID during their travels including guests 17 years or younger if at all possible. MOTOR COACH TRANSFERS TO AND FROM MARRIOTT HOTEL: Upon Arrival to Louisville, KY Airport, we will be providing a VIP Ramp service! You will exit aircraft directly onto the Motor Coaches waiting your arrival right on the Tarmac Just Like Rockstars! The ground handlers will take care of offloading your luggage from aircraft and loading on to the Motor Coaches. Motor Coaches will then transport you and your luggage directly to the Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will exit Motor Coaches and wait for your luggage to be offloaded from the Motor Coaches. Once you pick up your luggage, please proceed inside the hotel lobby will you will see TransNational s Greeting Station. At Greeting Station, Main Advisors from each school will pick up their Hotel Gift Bag that will have a key for each guest from their school, additional flyers, and information during their visit in Louisville, KY.
