TRIP QUALIFICATIONS TEAMS AND CONDITIONS: Qualification period to earn points is January 1, 2016 June 30, An irep must be Active with 140 PV in the month to be eligible to earn any trip points. Qualifying new personally sponsored ireps must have at least 140 PV in the month of enrollment. Qualifying new personally sponsored Wholesale Customers must have 140 PV in the month of registration. Jusuru 2.0 Compensation Plan enforced. Each irep or Wholesale Customer qualifying for New Business will qualify for 1 point only, and will not be counted for conversions or duplicate accounts. Wholesale Customers do not qualify to earn the trip. Trip Points may be redeemed for only one (1) award per irep. Trip Points are non-transferrable. ALASKA CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Jusuru Getaway 2016 date is September 3 10, Jusuru Getaway 2016 attendees must book airfare through Jusuruʼs designated travel agency by July 15, If airfare is booked after July 15, 2016, then the attendee is responsible for increased cost due to later flight booking. All airline tickets are non-refundable once they are ticketed. All space will be held in coach class; business class space will be held upon request for additional fees. Each irep must earn his or her own trip, and portions of the initial trip cannot be obtained through buy-in. All trip attendees must have a valid passport, proof of citizenship and a valid government-issued photo I.D. (driverʼs license with a photo), or any other valid WHTI compliant document: State certified U.S. birth certificate, Original certificate of U.S. naturalization, Original certificate of U.S. citizenship, or U.S. Consular report of your birth abroad. There are many onboard service and onshore excursion options that are available at the attendeesʼ expense. Airfare booked through our travel agent cannot be used with other certificates/coupons, paid upgrades, or mileage upgrade opt ions, child or senior citizen discounts or other promotional offers. If booking airfare on your own, itinerary must be confirmed and ed to support@jusuru.com by July 15, Airline allowance for checked baggage varies by carrier. Baggage in excess of airline regulations will be at an additional cost to traveler. Spouse/Business partner packages and room upgrades are contingent on room availability, and require and additional fee if a guest trip is not earned. If an irep earns sufficient Trip Points for themselves and a guest, and the irep who earned the Trip Points does not attend, the guest cannot attend without the qualifying irep. 5 ALASKA CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Continued): One awardee and one guest may attend. If an irep earns greater than 100 T rip Points, excess Trip Points can be used for upgrades. Extra points cannot be cashed out, transferred, or used in any other way. Release and Waiver of Liability agreement is required for all attendees at the time of registration confirmation. All cruise ship accommodations are based on double occupancy cabins. You may have the option to have a private cabin at an additional cost equivalent to the cost of an additional person. Jusuru Getaway 2016 cancellations after July 15, 2016, will result in a cancellation fee outlined in the registration agreement. Cancellations communicated after airfare has been confirmed will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of airfare plus the aforementioned cancellation fee. Not Included in Cruise: Room incidentals. Any additions or extensions to the trip or to the Program. Optional shore excursions or activities. Any on-board purchases, special dining or upgrade requests or cocktails, spa services, special requests, activities or child-care, etc. While certain beverages are included there is an extra cost f or soda, alcohol and bottled water. Also, certain specialty restaurants have a surcharge. Room service is included for breakfast only but there is an additional charge for any other meal. To attend the Getaway, all ireps must be active and in good standing at the time of the trip in order to attend. FEBRUARY DOUBLE POINTS F NEW BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A maximum of 2 points will be earned for each Personally Sponsored Active ireps or Wholesale Customer counting for February business. In order to be considered Active, an irep or Wholesale Customer must purchase 140PV in a calendar month. Points will be awarded after the February Month-end commissions are validated and posted on March 10, REGIONAL SUCCESS SUMMIT POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A maximum of two (2) Jusuru Getaway 2016 points may be earned per distributorship, per 2016 Regional Success Summit attended. Attending more than one (1) 2016 Regional Success Summit will qualify for additional Jusuru Getaway 2016 points. A qualifying irep must have a 2016 Regional Success Summit ticket purchased to his or her irep number, and be confirmed in attendance through the registration desk on-site. Transferred tickets to the 2016 Regional Success Summit do not qualify for this promotion. Points will be awarded with the monthly commission process for the month of the attended event, and after on-site event registration has been reviewed and confirmed. This promotion cannot be combined with any other incentive or promotion. MARCH MADNESS THE 30-DAY BLITZ TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A maximum of one (1) Jusuru Getaway 2016 point will be earned per distributorship, per enrollment or registration. An Independent Representative (irep) will earn five (5) Jusuru Getaway points as part of the Alaska Getaway Qualifications. These are not additional points. To qualify to earn a one-time $100 cash bonus (Blitz Bonus), an Active irep must personally sponsor five (5) or more Active Wholesale Customers or ireps with at least 140PV during the promotion period of March 1 March 31, To be eligible to earn this Blitz Bonus, the qualified irep must have 140 or more in Personal Purchase Volume (PPV) in March, The PPV is the Commissionable Volume of the irepʼs personal orders. All new enrollments or registrations undergo a validation process to ensure orders are not billed or shipped to another distributor or customer already in existence. Jusuru International reserves the right to revoke or cancel any enrollments not deemed valid at the sole discretion of Jusuru International, and will not count toward this promotion. Limit one $100 bonus per irep. Retail and Wholesale Customers do not qualify to earn the Blitz Bonus. Blitz Bonus will be paid with the March Month-End commissions on April 10, Jusuru International must have a signed W-9 Form or Canadian Tax Excise Form on file in order to award any cash prizes. This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other incentive or promotion. All incentives are subject to change at the sole discretion of Jusuru International, Inc. Jusuru must have a Representative Application on file in order for you to receive payment as an Independent Representative (1099).
