OPPORTUNITY G&G Enterprises LLC operates the mid-atlantic s only Cadet-to-Pilot Training Program committed to supporting Chinese airlines. 3 Qualifications TRAINING FACILITIES Our flight training facilities are Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified schools, and meet the requirements of CAAC regulations. We are also in the process of obtaining CAAC approval. Our approved schools have over 30 years of flight training experience. Locations Cadet-to-Pilot has Parts 141 and 61 US Flight Training Facilities throughout the mid-atlantic region of the United States (including Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and North Carolina). FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS The courses and training flights are led by 17 Certified Flight Insructors (CFI) and 11 Certified Flight Instructor/Instruments (CFII).

5 Student Benefits THE CADET-TO-PILOT PROGRAM ensures all students are taken care of physically through our Proven Process and Resources, culturally through our Student Orientation Program, and academically through our Foreign Student Support. PROCESS & RESOURCES We have a proven process and resources to assist candidates with all the eligibility requirements (medical, VISA, FAA, TSA, Fingerprinting, etc.) STUDENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM We implemented a successful student orientation program that is mindful of Chinese culture, while helping students adapt to U.S. culture during their stay (including periodic fieldtrips, American culture and English support, and daily living guidance). FOREIGN STUDENT SUPPORT We have experience assisting Chinese students with settling into the American community. Our student advisor and mentor is an ex-pilot himself, supplying students with invaluable training experience.

6 How the Process Works PRE-QUALIFICATON REGISTRATION PAYMENT Days Days 5-10 Days Students IELTS score is over 5.5, or same level. Students vision can be corrected with glasses or contacts. Students must pass the résumé screening, interview, physical test, and background check from the airline. C-to-P assists student candidates with FAA medical certificate, student certificate, M1 Visa, school application, and TSA clearance. Payment will be arranged between the airlines and C-to-P. 04 ONBOARDING 2 Days 05 TRAIN & CERTIFY 6-9 Months 06 RETURN HOME 2-4 months Chinese students will travel to the U.S., and attend an orientation program specifically designed for International students (including American culture, transportation and lodging). Students will attend a guided tour of surrounding areas. At the end of flight training, students will have earned their private pilot s license, instrumental rating, multi-engine rating and commercial pilot s license. Students will return to their home country to build their flight hours and will be integrated into their Airlines specific equipment training.
