14 Project YoungSTAR Fundamental change in qualfication Miba started own dual education in Slovakia in 2007 within limitations, but with high flexibility and experiences on all sides. Experiences and needs were publically shared the (European) economic development gave additional momentum. Common ground with both Slovak government and WKO commitment for a pilot project in Start September

15 Achievements Project YoungSTAR Introduction of a 40:60 split in dual education, 60% of education in company. Contribution of companies in designing the curricula. September 1, 2014: first class of dual education starting with vocational school and seven companies. Common standards in dual education, new legislation as new standard for Slovakia.
