1 ATLANTA HAWKS 2015 INSTANT WIN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR SUBMISSION TO SALES PRESENTATION NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. VOID OUTSIDE OF GEORGIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Who May Participate: The Atlanta Hawks 2015 Ticket Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and reside within seventy five (75) miles of Phillips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC ( Sponsor ), Promotions Group West, Inc. ( Administrator ), Atlanta Hawks, L.P., Arena Sports Marketing, LLC, ATL Hawks, LLC, Arena Operations, LLC, the National Basketball Association ( NBA ) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, Released Parties ), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the area identified above and where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the Sweepstakes from the beginning of participating Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on November 20, 2015 to the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail location business hours on December 16, 2015 ( Sweepstakes Period ). How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, official Sweepstakes flyers and scan cards (each, a Scan Card ) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at events, in neighboring communities and at participating Cricket Wireless retail locations throughout Georgia. A complete list of all participating retail locations can be located at the end of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Scan Card per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes, regardless of location visited to participate. Participants will then be instructed to visit a participating Cricket Wireless retail location with their Scan Card and follow the directions to provide their Scan Card to a Cricket Wireless retail representative along with the contact information ( address) requested. The Cricket Wireless retail representative will then submit the Scan Card and information into the computer for a participant to immediately receive a winning or a losing message (a Game Play ). If a winning message appears, you are the potential winner of the specified prize. If a winning message does not appear, you are not a prize winner. All Game Plays must be received by the close of participating Cricket Wireless retail locations to be eligible. Limit one (1) Game Play per person using only one (1) address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Participation in the Sweepstakes will be available on a first-come, firstserve basis. Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that: a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors; b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way; c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or d. Scan Card has any damage to the code section of the flyer. Prize Allocation: Each Sweepstakes prize will be randomly assigned to a specific time throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a prize depend on the date and time of participation. The participant who, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, first submits a valid Game Play on (or the first person who submits a Game Play after that time if no one submits it at that time) the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the prize assigned to that time and receive a print-out from a Cricket Wireless retail representative along with an to the address provided with prize claim instructions.

2 How to Claim Prize: Potential winners will be notified about how to claim the prize at the address provided at time of Game Play and potential Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within two (2) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If prize is forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. All prize claims become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Prize claim is subject to verification of eligibility, Scan Card and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) and Odds of winning: Prizes (137): Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Atlanta Hawks home basketball game scheduled to take place on December 26, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. ARV of each pair of tickets: $50. Prize Conditions: Any/all transportation to/from the game will not be provided and will be each winner s sole responsibility. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the will-call booth under winner s name and winner will be required to present a valid form of identification to receive tickets. Exact seat locations and time of game to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Administrator. Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to all federal, state and local taxes, and any/all transportation to the specified game are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded as is with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Total ARV of all prizes: $6,850. Additional Rules & Restrictions: A maximum of one hundred thirty seven (137) prizes will be available for distribution during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If printing, electronic, mechanical, machine-related, seeding, typographical, human or other errors result in more valid prize claims than the number of prizes stated herein for any prize level, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes for the applicable prize level in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect and valid prize claims received for the applicable prize level. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or delayed Game Plays, Scan Cards or prize claims; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Game Plays, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation of any Sweepstakes street team event visit, the cancellation or postponement of any concert, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of

3 the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Game Plays or Scan Cards, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect Game Plays/Scan Cards received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor, the Released Parties and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same account, the authorized subscriber of the e- mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Choice Of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
