2 2018 Points Guide &Beyond Lodges : Notes and Conditions Rates are indicated in points, unless otherwise stated, and are per person sharing per night (except for Villas, Family Suites and Family Cottages which are per villa/suite/cottage per night). A single supplement of 50% applies from the first single, all year round. Rates include accommodation, meals, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, teas and coffees, laundry, scheduled safari activities, diving (Mnemba and Benguerra Islands only), non-motorised water activities. Rates exclude telephone calls, safari shop purchases, gratuities, all items of a personal nature, champagne, cognacs, fine wines, premium brand spirits and cigars, conservancy fee, landing fees and airport taxes, diving (Vamizi only). GROUP SIZE Rates differ based on the size of the group travelling: groups of less than 8 rooms and groups of 8 or more rooms. Additionally, specific terms and conditions apply for bookings of 8 or more rooms - including but not limited to stricter cancellation policies, and a requirement to book the entire lodge if more than 80% of rooms are required. A Group is defined as a party travelling together, whether on a single or multiple bookings/memberships. QUICK GETAWAYS Quick Getaways may be booked 7 days before travel, and are subject to availability and subject to operational circumstances. Quick Getaways are inclusive of accommodation, meals and game drives. Drinks, telephone calls, transfers, adventure activities and all extras are excluded. Specific exclusions: - Ngala Family Suite: private vehicle is excluded. - Phinda Mountain Lodge Family Suite and Family Cottage: private vehicle is excluded. - Mnemba Island: snorkeling and diving are excluded. - Benguerra Island: snorkeling and diving are excluded. - Matetsi: Tour of the Falls is excluded. PARK AND ENTRANCE FEES Rates exclude park fees and entrance fees. As these are set by government and conservation authorities, they are subject to change without notice - they will be quoted at time of booking. NOTES FOR SPECIFIC LODGES Matetsi River House can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults. Mnemba Island is closed annually from 8 April - 20 May. Family suites and cottages have a restriction on the number of adults: generally 2 adults + 2 children, except for Phinda Mountain Lodge Family Suite which accommodates 4 adults + 4 children.
