2 A NEW MODEL Humanity is experiencing an ecological, social, spiritual, political and economic crisis leading to the crumbling of structures and systems that have brought us to this reality. In the wake of this shift there is a need to create transition infrastructure. Brave Earth is a regenerative biosphere. Our mission is to create a new type of model, a living laboratory in service to regeneration and co-evolution with Nature. Our long-term vision is to create a network of communities globally that are united through a shared vision to move from an extractive, capitalist model to a regenerative system.

3 LOCATION Nestled amidst endless tropical rainforest, the land is located between San Ramon and La Fortuna, The Fortune in Spanish, aptly named for its extremely fertile lands. Approximately 30 minutes from Arenal Volcano, which many consider to be the spiritual center of Costa Rica. Arenal is home to world-class thermal baths heated by the geothermal activity of this large dormant volcano. The property is adjacent to 110,000 acres of protected rainforest including the Children's Eternal Rainforest, a world-treasure of biological diversity. There are several places nearby that will allow participants to experience different ecosystems and activities. The Children's Eternal Rainforest, La Catarata (230 foot waterfall), Arenal Volcano National Park, Lake Arenal, Rio Celeste National Park, and day-trips which include horseback riding, whitewater rafting, hanging bridges, zip-lines, mountain biking and paddle boarding.

4 ECOLODGE Finca Luna Nueva, rated one of the top ten ecolodges in Costa Rica, is a living classroom, regenerative farm and recreational paradise located near the Children s Eternal Rainforest and Arenal Volcano National Park. We offer a farm-to-table restaurant, miles of hiking trails through the lush rainforest, a Sacred Seed Sanctuary, featuring 300 plants prized for their medicinal or sacred uses, spa services, and an ozonated pool and jacuzzi. There are several on-site activities as well such as night wildlife hikes, birding, a tour of our sacred seed sanctuary and regenerative farm.

5 ACCOMMODATIONS The eco-lodge offers a diverse selection of accommodations for different needs. Ecolodge Rooms Each room has beautiful wood paneled walls constructed from fallen timber from our farm. Relax on your wrap-around porch with hammocks and beautiful views of the rainforest and surrounding hills. Maximum occupancy 3 people. Family Bungalows For families or groups traveling together, these spacious bungalows are located near our swimming pool and solar heated Jacuzzi. Outdoor seating overlooks lovely flower fields. Maximum occupancy 6 people.

6 Individual Bungalows For a solo relaxing experience or a romantic experience for couples, these individual bungalows offer outdoor balconies overlooking the rainforest. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the rainforest from your hammock. Maximum occupancy 2 people. Casa de Barro Casa de Barro is spacious circular structure handmade with adobe earth by our farm team with local participation. The building materials make it feel like this house is a natural extension of the land. It features a lovely private setting and sleeps 3 people.

7 Farm Loft This rustic, charming shared space is a gem nestled in the rainforest. The Farm Loft is newly renovated. This light-drenched space consists of two private double rooms on the first floor plus four private highly functional single rooms on the top level. The common area is spacious, open and it s decor is inspired by the jungle just outside your doorstep. There are shared facilities including two toilets and a beautiful jungle shower.

8 Gaia Domes Enjoy a uniquely intimate experience in the jungle with the newest addition to our accommodations. Gaia Domes are built using a pioneering, sustainable masonry material called AirCrete. These dome structures feature circular windows, a wooden swivel door, and a handcrafted Queen bed made from adobe and wood that comfortably sleeps 2 people. Adobe Tambos The Adobe Tambos are made from deep red clay and bamboo harvested from our land. The thick earth walls and open concept allows one to be immersed in nature. The reciprocal roof provides plenty of light and magic. Queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 people. Both accommodations have access to shared dry toilets and fibonacci shaped outdoor showers.

9 CUISINE Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be shared together at Brave Earth s newly constructed leaf shaped restaurant with a special guest chef. The kitchen prepares delicious and healthy foods with the organic greens, vegetables, fruits, herbs, and dairy from Finca Luna s Demeter-certified biodynamic, regenerative farm. Many different selections are offered, as the menu varies depending on the weekly harvest. Probiotic-rich and fermented indulgences, such as kefir, kombucha and kimchi will be offered daily. Turmeric and ginger, known for their anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant potency, are infused into juices, dressings, and smoothies.

12 YOGA & MASSAGE We are offering 10 yoga classes per session. This will be taught by Robin Noelle North. Robin has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She will focus on restorative and energy stimulating yin and kundalini style yoga for all levels. If interested, please sign up in advance (not included in package price). Airport (SJO) TO Brave Earth/Finca Luna Nueva. The bus will depart at 1:00 PM from the Airport Restaurant (the only restaurant in SJO arrivals).
