12 CAMPSITE AND FACILITIES Based at Pui O beach, Lantau Island, Hong Kong, TIG s facilities include: A private campsite, private farm, Mavericks beach bar and restaurant, showers and washroom amenities, beachfront, en suite cabana rooms for school staff and a multi function room with all necessary IT, and wireless internet infrastructure. Our unique location give us direct access to Hong Kong s best hiking trails, waterfalls, beaches, and mountains. CAMPS

13 STAFFCAMPSITE QUALIFICATIONS AND FACILITIES & TRAINING TIG staff have been selected for their academic qualifications, training and professional experience directly related to their outdoor education hard and soft skills. STAFF ARE QUALIFIED OUTDOOR EDUCATION LEADERS WITH CERTIFICATION IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Group initiatives, teambuilding and facilitation Wilderness first aid Risk assessment and risk management Community service initiatives Technical adventure training Environmental education Our leaders have experience working on adventure based outings and team building and they bring with them a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise. Their different skills sets are utilised in our programme and our well rounded team directly reflects the diversity found in the camp.
