1 Newsletter 7: APRIL 2018 HOTEL TOWER SAMPLE UNITS WILL BE COMPLETED APRIL 2018 Our hotel tower was topped-out in January In addition to main construction works, our teams have been working on three Sample Units to be completed in April Owners and potential customers can enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and resort from our International 5-Star hotel suites: One-Bedroom Hotel Suite, 47 square meters One-Bedroom Corner Suite, 66 square meters Two-Bedroom Corner Suite, 88 square meters The finishing works are completed by Falcon Group a premier interior fit-out and finishing specialist based in Singapore and Vietnam. 2 Upgrades to All Villas and Hotel Suites After a thorough inspection and incorporating feedback from buyers, architects and designers, Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons is pleased to announce several upgrades throughout the villas and hotel suites. For all three villas types and hotels suites: We engaged Vight, a UK lighting design company to survey and upgrade all decorative lighting, including wall sconces, lamps, and hanging lights. Please see sample photos below. We engaged a specialty area rug company to supply redesigned and upgraded Turkish rugs. 3 Design Upgrades, 2BR Aqua Villas For our 2-Bedroom Aqua Villas, please see actual photos below. We increased the pool area from 15sqm to 20sqm, an increase of over 33% Designed a new connecting door between the living room and the 2nd Bedroom. Replaced bamboo fence with green landscape fencing for outdoor shower, and for master bathroom garden. Designed sliding door for powder room. Added an additional glass panel to living room wall to provide wider views of the lake. 3

4 Design Upgrades, 3BR Beach Villas For our 3-Bedroom Beach Villas, please see actual photos below. Applied a non-glare coat of paint to the tops of balconies and overhangs to reduce glare. In the master bathroom, we softened the transition between sink area and shower area with a sloped tile. Hanging microwave in the kitchen wall cabinets Redesigned and upgraded the bamboo outdoor shower Improved landscaping to provide more privacy Upgraded door handles, air conditioning vents and switches Timber to replace steel at stairs for a more natural and harmonious design Upgraded lighting and rugs 4

5 Design Upgrades, 4BR Beachfront Villas For our 4-Bedroom Beachfront Villas, please see actual photos below: Increased the pool area from 67 sqm to 87 sqm, an increase of nearly 30% Provided upgraded fabrics and finish to furniture throughout. Added a make-up and vanity set with mirror, table and chair in master bedroom Upgraded door handles, air conditioning vents and switches Timber to replace steel at stairs for a more natural and harmonious design Upgraded decorative lighting including the foyer chandelier, dining chandelier, kitchen pendant lights. 5

6 MANUEL FERRIOL JOINS AS GENERAL MANAGER OF MELIA HO TRAM Mr. Manuel Ferriol has joined Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons as General Manager. Mr. Ferriol has been with Melia Hotels International for over 14 years including 4 years experience in Vietnam: He is the former GM of Melia Da Nang, one of Melia s most profitable hotels. He also ran the MICE business for Melia Hanoi for many years, so he has an extensive relationship network with local and international corporates. Commenting on his new role, Mr. Ferriol said: I am honored to be a first part of Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons and I look forward to opening the resort by the end of I am fully convinced that Ho Tram will be a top vacation destination in Vietnam and Melia Ho Tram will be the Flagship Beachfront Resort in Southeast Asia For Melia Hotels International. 7 3. CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS Major construction activities at Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons are progressing nicely. After topping-out ceremony celebrated on January 25, 2018, we remain on schedule to deliver an international 5-star resort experience to our valued buyers and guests at the end of Updates on current construction progress: Full shell and core of villas with installation of door and window system will begin handover to finishing in 2Q Interior walls, MEP and Finishing coordination for the tower are currently underway. Foundation of Beach Restaurant, Clubhouse and Spa are completed with structure and shell scheduled to be finished in 2Q Resort Pools are being excavated with major concrete work to be finished in by 2Q2018. Major underground infrastructure such as sewage treatment plant, water and electricity are underway and on schedule. Construction progress of Hotel Tower: 7
