It is the perfect getaway for groups of friends or large family willing to stay close to each other during their vacation. The airport is five minutes away by car, the beach nine minutes away by car and four kilometres from Cala Jondal and the famous Blue Marlin. The estate is composed of three separate luxury villas for rent in the same property, the main villa, the pool villa and the guest villa. They are all just a few steps from each other, located down a hill in a pine forest with full privacy. The 390sqm main villa with its panoramic views over the Salinas was the first one built. This little castle with its large stone walls has a comfortable living room with comfortable sofas next to a beautiful fireplace giving the room its charm. The room opens onto the terrace bringing plenty of light. The spacious modern kitchen has been designed for events with its professional appliances. The 190sqm pool villa is a few steps away from the main villa. The villa has been designed for guests who enjoys Ibiza s sights and like to join guests in one of the two other luxury villas, as it has a living room but no kitchen. The 250sqm guest villa, located in the middle of the pine forest offers great mountain views and privacy. All the rooms are very bright with a south west orientation. The comfortable living room is surrounded by a balcony overlooking either the pool, the orange grove or the lawn. The full-equipped kitchen with its open plan allows you to cook all of your favourite dishes. The main villa has six double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom with views over the pool provides a bureau and a spacious dressing room with exotic wood doors and an en suite bathroom. The second double en suite bedroom with its private outside access has kept its original stained glasses windows. The third and fourth double bedroom shares a bathroom and the fifth and sixth double bedroom have their own en suite shower bathrooms. The pool villa has three bedrooms sleeping six guests. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The second and third double bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. The guest villa has three double bedrooms all with balcony access. The first double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a lounge area. The second double bedroom also has a lounge area with a sofa and its own en suite bathroom. 2 The outside dining area of the main villa can receive up to 12 guests, and next to it are two lounge areas under the pine trees providing a nice slight breeze. Some steps further is the 8m x 5m pool. The pool villa has a wonderful garden in which a huge 22m x 4m pool with sun loungers has been built accompanied by a covered dining area accommodating up to 20 guests. Getting onto the terrace of the guest villa, you will find a robust outside table for enjoying either a reading or sundowner. From the 10m x 10m pool area or from the garden you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of Ibiza.
