7 12 HOURS OF SEBRING : 13th 18th March 2019 The 12 Hours of Sebring is America s oldest sports car race. Each March thousands of passionate fans descend on this historic town amongst the Florida orange groves for this fantastic endurance race s event at Sebring International Raceway will hold even more importance than usual. Not only will the weekend host the prestigious 12 Hours race for IMSA cars, but it will also hold a 1000 miles race for the FIA World Endurance Championship. So, two major sports car championships will race on consecutive days! 8 SPA CLASSIC : 17th 20th May 2019 Now in its 9th year, the Spa Classic continues to go from strength to strength. Offering a diverse selection of race cars on the track & a unique car-club display off it, the Spa Classic now regularly attracts over 30,000 spectators. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is legendary and it offers all spectators amazing views as the track winds its way around the forested Ardennes hills. Tickets allow everyone to walk the pathway around the circuit, wander at leisure around the busy paddocks or relax in one of the grandstands overlooking the track. There is a relaxed atmosphere that allows drivers, teams and the public to mingle amongst all the historic machinery. The different grids take to the track in turn, offering ever-changing action around the circuit. Grids include historic sports cars, European touring cars, Classic Formula single-seaters and a glimpse of some more modern endurance racers too, including the popular Group C cars of the 1980s. There is definitely something for everyone on show across the weekend. 10 MILLE MIGLIA & ITALIAN LAKES 2019 : 11th 22nd May 2019 Just take in some of these numbers: 450 of the finest vintage and classic cars in the world entered, 200 towns visited and 1000 miles covered on the route. The Mille Miglia has to be one of the must see events on the historic motoring calendar. The city of Brescia is a magical place to be during the build up to the race. Every street is lined with some of the most desirable cars on the planet, all set to do battle on the roads of Italy. Expect to see professional and celebrity drivers, and as many Gullwing Mercedes as you are ever likely to see in one place! Our driving tour takes you through the Champagne and Burgundy regions of France before ascending in to the hills of the Jura. We have a stay in Montreux overlooking Lake Geneva before dropping down in to Italy for a threenight stay on Lake Garda. From here we enjoy the lake and start of the Mille Miglia. We then cross back to Lake Iseo, for two nights. We will head back into Brescia for the finish of the race and experience the elation with each team as they cross the line after 1000 hard fought miles on the road. From Iseo we head towards home with three overnight stops before reaching Calais. The first being in the Tamina valley famous for its hot springs. We then cross back through Switzerland for an overnight in Alsace, where a few more passes can be enjoyed. Our final overnight is spent in the centre of Reims. Saturday 11th May The first rendezvous point for the Mille Miglia tour is at the Eurotunnel terminal in Folkestone. The first part of the journey in France will be covered by Autoroute. Your roadbook will then lead you off the autoroute and into the heart of Champagne country. We will have a visit to a Champagne house before arriving at our overnight hotel in Matouges. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening. Sunday 12th May We have a superb D-road route planned for you today as you drive out of Champagne and into Burgundy. We pass the Dijon-Prenois circuit, home of the French Grand Prix for many years. Our overnight stay is in a four-star chateau south of Dijon. Dinner is at our hotel this evening. Monday 13th May After breakfast we continue on the picturesque back roads of France as we start our ascent into the Jura region. Take in the wild flowers and listen out for the cow bells, so reminiscent with this area of France. As we arrive in to Switzerland we ll take a mixture of flowing Swiss motorways as well as enjoyable local roads. We arrive at the four-star Hotel Victoria, Glion overlooking Lake Geneva. Dinner is at the hotel this evening. Tuesday 14th May The scenery just gets better today as we pass over the Simplon pass in to Italy. There is plenty of time for a coffee stop to soak up the views at the summit. We cross the border in to Italy and have a stop at the first of the three Italian lakes we visit, Lake Maggiore. We arrive at our hotel on Lake Garda at the end of the afternoon, where we are based for three nights. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening. Wednesday 15th May This morning we head down to Brescia by coach to take in the scrutineering and the opening of the Mille Miglia village in 10 for reservations call:

11 the piazza della Vittoria. During the afternoon you have time to explore further before the cars set off on the race. We have a table reserved at a bar so that you can enjoy the cars as they set off around the city and then again as they pass by leaving Brescia. We will return to the hotel in the early evening. Thursday 16th May Today is a car free day! After a relaxed breakfast our private boat will pick us up from the hotel for a two hour cruise of Lake Garda before dropping us off at our lunch stop. After lunch our boat will take us to the southern tip of the Lake where we have time to explore before we are dropped back at our hotel. This evening is at leisure. Friday 17th May Having checked out of our Garda hotel we drive to Mantua for sightseeing around this historic city. Mantua (or Mantova in Italian) is also home to the Nuvolari museum. From Mantua we will drive to the outskirts of Brescia to visit the Mille Miglia museum. It is then a short drive to our hotel in Iseo. Dinner will be at the hotel this evening. Saturday 18th May After breakfast there will be time to enjoy Iseo before we head back down to Brescia to see the competing cars come back into the city and cross the finish line. Sunday 19th May This morning we head north through the Sud Tirol to the Timina valley, our hotel is situated a short distance from the natural hot springs in Bad Ragaz. Monday 20th May We cross Switzerland today passing the stunning lakes and mountainous scenery. There are plenty more fantastic roads to enjoy as we pass through the Alsace for our overnight in Gerardmer. We will have dinner at the hotel this evening. Tuesday 21st May Our penultimate day takes us back up to Reims for our final night in the centre of the city. The finale dinner will be at the hotel this evening. Wednesday 22nd May Make your way back to Calais for the Eurotunnel crossing of your choosing. 12 FIA WEC 6 HOURS OF SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS : 2nd 5th May 2019 Le Mans comes to Belgium. The FIA World Endurance Championship brings the cars that race at Le Mans to the historic Spa-Francorchamps circuit for this 6-hour endurance race. This race has always taken extra precedence as it is always the race before Le Mans in the calendar. The undulating circuit at Spa is always a challenge for drivers, but it also opens all the circuit up for great viewing for spectators. A footpath around the circuit enables everyone to wander around the whole circuit, never straying more than a few metres from the track. Spa WEC camping option: The campsite Eau Rouge is privately owned and run, offering a peaceful green environment for camping and motorhomes. The campsite has a small café on-site as well as heated shower and toilet facilities. 13 GRAND PRIX DE L AGE D OR, DIJON : 6th 10th June 2019 In 2019 the 55th running of the Grand Prix de l Age d Or will take place at Dijon-Prenois. Since 2014 it has been held at this circuit, which is famous for hosting the French Grand Prix between 1974 to At that time the GP alternated each year between Dijon and Paul Ricard. The history of the l Age d Or (Golden Age) dates back to 1964 when it was held on the Rouen-les-Essarts circuit. In 1969 it was then hosted at the famous banked Montlhéry circuit just south of Paris, the event remained there until it moved to Dijon. Expect to see Endurance race cars, sports cars, touring cars and Formula 2 single seaters. As well as the amazing 2.0 litre cup Porsche 911 SWB series, which has risen to huge success, through its first season in Another hugely popular series is the Global Endurance Legends where you can see 90 s Le Mans cars flat out around this undulating French circuit. Our tour departs from Folkestone on the Eurotunnel on Thursday morning. We will drive down to the Champagne region, via a route taking us through the heart of the vineyards. Our threestar hotel is in a small village on the edge of the vine growing area, it has an excellent restaurant where you have dinner included. On day two your roadbook will take you via an attractive d-road route into Burgundy. We stay in Gevrey- Chambertin at a charming hotel on the edge of the village, for three nights. The hotel has a cosy wine bar and lounge and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It s a short walk into the village where there are numerous restaurants and bars. 14 LE MANS 24 HOURS : 15th 16th June 2019 The FIA World Endurance Championship Super-Season ends at Le Mans 2019, and from now on Le Mans will always be the finale of each endurance season. Le Mans has always been the pinnacle of endurance motorsport. It attracts top manufacturers, big name drivers and more than 250,000 spectators every June. Now Le Mans will also be the crescendo to the season. Toyota s speed and reliability saw them take the chequered flag ahead of the rest of the field in 2018, but regulation changes since then look to ensure that the privateers will be closer next time. Porsche were victorious in the GTE Pro class, finishing ahead of the competitive ranks that saw Ferrari, Ford, Aston Martin, BMW and Corvette push them all the way. It is likely to be close again in OFFICIAL AGENCY: Travel Destinations has, once again, been appointed as an official agency for the Le Mans 24 Hours. These are the most economic option and provide only basic facilities for all race fans. The campsites are large, some have more than a thousand pitches, so expect a fun, lively atmosphere with lots going on. 18 LE MANS 24 HOURS : 15th 16th June 2019 Travel Destinations Event Tents Our Event Tents provide a glamping option for Le Mans Our large bell tents provide plenty of space for up to 4 people to stay in comfort. Each Event Tent is 5 metres in diameter and comes fully carpeted. The tents are available with double or single mattresses complete with all bed-linen and pillows. There is a small table and chairs provided for use with each tent. Our Event Tents are located in their own paddock on the inside of the Porsche Curves. This area has its own private shower & toilet block as well as a hospitality marquee serving food & drinks. 19 LE MANS 24 HOURS : 15th 16th June 2019 Travel Destinations Flexotel Village Exclusive to Travel Destinations, the Flexotel Village is our pop-up hotel in the centre of the circuit. These private cabins are ideal for those that wish to experience Le Mans by staying at the circuit, but who do not wish to camp. Located at the secure area of Antares- Sud in the centre of the circuit, the Flexotel Village is just a few minutes walk from the paddocks and the start/ finish line. Once inside our area, the Flexotel Village provides a relaxed oasis amongst the action. On arrival you will be met by one of our staff, who will check you in, give you your key and show you to your cabin. If you are arriving by car you will also be allocated a parking space within the Flexotel Village. Each bedroom provides two beds, complete with bed-linen, pillows, towels, clothes storage, lights, table and chairs and an electricity supply. 20 NURBURGRING 24 HOURS : 20th 24th June 2019 By combining the F1 circuit with the world famous Nordschleife for an endurance race, the organisers of the Nurburgring 24 Hours have created what is affectionately known as The Green Hell. Join us in 2019 at the first ever Classic Days to take place at Le Mans. We enjoyed the event many times at Magny-Cours, so we were really happy to learn they were coming to our favourite place - Le Mans. So, what is Classic Days all about? The event attracts over 1200 classic car owners, most of whom come to the event for the chance to drive their car on track. The weekend comprises of three parade lap sessions around the Bugatti circuit, on which you will share the track with around 60 other cars. The paddocks are divided up by marque, so you will be surrounded by like minded enthusiasts to enjoy the weekend with. 25 ZANDVOORT HISTORIC GRAND PRIX : 29th August 3rd September 2019 If you have yet to visit the circuit of Zandvoort, it is one you need to tick off your list. The track is nestled amongst the sand dunes on the Dutch coastline, with long undulating corners making it a real challenge for the drivers. The circuit is very spectator friendly, and you can see four different corners of the circuit from the main grandstand. The Historic Grand Prix is the perfect race meeting to enjoy Zandvoort. A relaxed paddock that is full of exotic machinery, food and drink stands, a great restaurant and manufacturer displays as well. The event tends to attract its fair share of famous drivers, which adds nicely into the mix. On Saturday evening many of the race cars drive from the circuit to do two parade laps around the town. We offer various travel and accommodation options. We highly recommend the Stena line from Harwich to Hook of Holland route, this is a convenient crossing particularly if you are travelling in an older car as the drive from the port to Zandvoort can be done in around an hour and a half. Although we also recommend taking a bit more time and visiting the Louwman museum, which is superb. There is the option to cross the channel from Folkestone or Dover to Calais. For those opting for the Harwich to Hook of Holland ferry then you would cross on Thursday 29th August. 26 ANGOULEME, CIRCUIT DES REMPARTS : 12th 17th September 2019 This is one of our favourite events on the historic motor racing calendar. The atmosphere in Angoulême is electric as vintage, classic and race cars arrive into the city for the weekend s festivities. The action commences on Friday evening as participants and spectator s alike ascend the ramparts for the Concours d Elegance. Expect to see French rarities cross the flood lit stage, with their owners clothed in period dress. On Saturday the International rally heads off into the Charentais countryside, taking in some of the finest scenery the area has to offer. This non-competitive run is punctuated with checkpoints, where local produce is offered to keep the drivers and their co-drivers fuelled for the day. The lunch stop is always an impressive affair, held at a secret location, only announced the day before the rally. That evening in Angoulême the doors of les Halles are opened and inside a grand buffet is laid out for everyone to enjoy. On Sunday the race cars take to the street circuit, unchanged since the late 1930 s when the likes of Fangio and Trintignant raced on it for the Grand Prix. The schedule is packed with grids of Bugatti s, 60 s GT cars, vintage sports cars and even fire breathing Group B rally cars. Expect plenty of action as the cars race around the tight 1.5 km circuit. We are offering two tours to Angouleme in The first being a five-night tour, a wonderful opportunity to join the annual historic motoring extravaganza, that is the Circuit des Remparts, in the French town of Angouleme. You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will per form those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable). If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme. 3. Your Travel Price When you make your booking you must pay a minimum deposit of when the cost of the holiday is less than (). If the cost of the holiday is above , a deposit of () is required. The balance of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks before your departure date. If the deposit or balance is not paid on time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements and retain the deposit. Changes in transportation/fuel costs or exchange rates & taxes mean that the cost of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. 4. Insurance & Passports It is obligatory that all travellers hold adequate travel insurance that includes repatriation due to illness or accident. We also recommend that you take out continental vehicle recovery insurance whilst driving abroad. A valid passport is required for the duration of your stay abroad. Non-EU nationals may require a visa for travel in Europe. 5. If You Change Your Booking If, after confirmation, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, we will do our utmost to make these changes if they are possible. We reserve the right to ask for an administration charge, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made. Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after confirmation and any alteration may result in a cancellation charge of 100%. 6. If You Cancel Your Booking You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges. Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to departure = Loss of deposit. Cancellation between 6 to 10 weeks prior to departure = 50% of total booking cost. Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to departure = 100% of total booking cost. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. 7. Campsite Rubbish & Damage to Pre-erected Tents/Mobile Rooms At events such as Le Mans 24 hours, Le Mans Classic, Spa Classic & Nurburgring 24hrs, it is your responsibility to leave the campsite, pre-erected tent or mobile room in a clean and re-usable state. General rubbish & any related items such as tents, BBQs & gazebos should be disposed of in the designated areas. If you choose to leave these items or intentionally damage pre-erected tents or mobile rooms we reserve the right to make a charge of up to 1000 towards the disposal of the rubbish or repair/ replacement of the damaged items. 8. If We Change Or Cancel Your Travel It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. If we have to make a major change or are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available. Please note that carrier details such as ferry times are subject to change. Such a change is deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes are changes to carrier type and change of accommodation to another of the same standard. Please note that in cases of war, riot, industrial dispute, natural disaster/adverse weather conditions or other forms of Force Majeure any compensation claims will be void. 9. If You Have A Complaint If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (eg. Your hotelier) immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. Failure to do this may affect any future claim for compensation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at 5, The Weltech Centre, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 2AA, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. Disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract that cannot be amicably settled, may be referred to arbitration, under a special scheme arranged by ABTA, and administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 10. Our Liability To You (i) We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as originally described. Event tickets damaged or lost in despatch will be resent if returned, or reprinted on arrival at the event. If any part of your travel arrangements are not provided as promised, due to the fault of our employees or suppliers we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of twice the costs of your travel arrangements. (ii) We accept responsibility for death, injury or illness caused by negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees or suppliers and sub-contractors, whilst acting within the scope of, or in the course of their employment in the provision of your travel. (iii) In respect of travel by air, sea and rail, and the provision of accommodation our liability will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international convention. 11. Personal Injury Unconnected With Your Travel Arrangements If you, or any member of your party, suffer death, illness or injury whilst overseas, arising out of an activity that does not form part of our package travel arrangements, we shall at our discretion, offer advice, guidance and assistance. We limit the cost of our assistance to you or any number of your party to Conditions Of Carriage We act as an agent for ferry & tunnel companies, so the contractual terms of the companies that provide the transportation for your travel arrangements will apply to this contract.
