This request is made in compliance with CPUC Resolution W This advice letter is designated a Tier II The purpose of this supplemental advice letter is to remove verbiage from Schedule 14.1 as

Any customer not satisfied with the utility s response may file an appeal with the Director of the Division of Water & Audits. Additionally, this supplemental advice letter adds verbiage to Special Conditions to be consistent with Rule 14.1, General Information A.8. which reads: 9. None of the restrictions apply to the use of recycled water. The Limits on Watering and Limits on Watering Days shall not apply (except for Stage 4) to commercial nurseries, golf courses, or other water-dependent businesses, unless specifically required by SJWC or a governing jurisdiction This language is intended to clarify that only the water restrictions related to limits on watering days do not apply to commercial nurseries, golf course, or other water dependent businesses. All other water restrictions apply to these businesses under Stage 3.
