With Blue Tree, we are creating a multi-faceted entertainment destination, spread across 140 Rai (56 acres) in Cherngtalay, Phuket. It will lie in the heart of the tourism district, across from the Central West Coast beaches. Phase one will initially be developed across 70 Rai (28 acres) and will feature the spectacular Blue Tree Lagoon as its centrepiece, with attractions for each and every member of the family. This unique concept will leverage Phuket s popularity and the lack of international quality, family, daytime entertainment attractions. Blue Tree is positioned to become Phuket s premier attraction. 3

4 Blue Tree is currently under construction and inviting enquiries from partners who would want to be a part of our vision. With investment and funding fully committed, Blue Tree is scheduled to open in High Season 2018/19. The land that has been purchased is Chanote - the highest level of land title in Thailand. After Phase 1 is complete, there will still be over 70 Rai left to develop. Planning for Phase 2 has already commenced and will include a wellness centre and extensive indoor entertainment facility. 8 The retail and offices area have a combined lettable space of approximately 7,000 sqm, with over 70 units including a high-end supermarket. The retail area has a range of products and services selected to ensure there is no duplication between outlets, and they harmonise with the lifestyle and theme of Blue Tree. Blue Tree has been designed as the ultimate fusion of historic Thai charm and modern sophistication to create an open air experience. An eclectic mix of brands and quality boutiques will be selected, to create a highly desirable retail experience. Stores will include, but are not limited to, a family entertainment centre, sports, fashion, beachwear, jewelry and fashion accessories, quality souvenirs, cafes, spa and body care, art, kids stores, home décor, bank and currency exchange, book stores, card shops, flower shops, health products, bicycle retail and servicing

9 Target tenants for the services area (on the second floors) include, but are not limited to, serviced offices, hair and makeup studio, nail studio, spa and massage, wedding studio, music and art academy, tour agency, education, IT and computer servicing and dry cleaning. Target tenants for the office area (on the third floor) are professional services such as accountants, lawyers, consultants and architects. ANCHOR SUPERMARKET An anchor supermarket of approximately 1,000 sqm will be centrally located in the heart of Blue Tree, with easy access to the generous parking spaces. 10 Somewhat surprisingly, Phuket currently does not have a recognised combined dining and entertainment destination, despite the significant number of tourists and the large expatriate and middle-to-upper class Thai population. Blue Tree will benefit from this gap in the market by creating the ultimate dining destination, with an extensive range of culinary options to suit every budget. Restaurants and kiosks are located around an auditorium, which provides the ideal platform for a range of entertainment. This will happen every night of the week and will include street performers in the early evening, while the stage adjacent to the auditorium will host bands to play well into the night

12 FUN FACTS ABOUT BLUE TREE LAGOON: Approximately 60,000 cubic metres of water capacity 200 metres from one end to the other Over 4 metres at the deepest points, with gradual slopes from the beaches Eco-friendly technology, using approximately 100x less chemical product than conventional swimming pools Energy efficient, consuming only 2% of the energy used by conventional filtration pools This innovative technology is sustainable and safe for the environment, allowing limited resources such as energy and water to be used efficiently Blue Tree Lagoon is Phuket s first man-made freshwater lagoon. Approximately 17,000 sqm in size, it will host an extensive range of recreational and sporting activities, suitable for all ages, from dawn until dusk. The specially filtered water is very safe for swimming and offers perfect conditions all year round. The Slip N Fly is the ultimate water slide experience, incorporating four slides to cater to a range of guests, from adrenaline junkies to the more conservative and younger participants. WATER SLIDES Four alternative water slides, nestled within the lush landscaped mountain, feed directly into Blue Tree Lagoon. CLIFF JUMPING AND ROCK CLIMBING Exhilarating cliff jumps will range in height from two metres to 10 metres, while trampolines, dive boards and swinging ropes will add to the adrenaline rush. The rock work has been designed for use as a climbing wall. KIDS SPLASH ZONE The extensive Splash Zone is tailored to kids under 8, offering hours of fun with their friends or with their parents. OTHER ACTIVITIES Activities such as a cart track, trampolines, zorbing and many more will continue to be added in and around the park area to fully occupy our guests. 27

15 The Beach Club comprises four storeys of food and beverage experiences with a chilled ambience and spectacular views over Blue Tree Lagoon, both during the day and at night when the Lagoon is illuminated. On the ground floor, the beach club with its resident DJ provide an ambience that appeals to the hip and trendy, whether spending the day on a sun lounger, indulging in a cabana, or partying the night away on the beach. On the second floor, a casual daytime restaurant offers barefoot dining from morning to night - a convenient meeting point where guests can relax, grab a bite and share the day s experiences. The third and fourth floors are dedicated to evening and night-time drinks and light, tapas dining. A perfect place to enjoy live bands, dancing and friends, late into the night
