12 El Monte Project Properties The El Monte Project is 40 km NW of the Mariana Resources (AIM) Las Calandrias bulk tonnage +500K oz Au discovery. Agnico Eagle spent over US$700k in preliminary exploration work before returning the property package to RenGold. Volcanic-hosted, low-sulfidation-style gold-silver mineralization in three separate areas: the Luna Roja, Cae el Sol and Signos prospects. The Luna Roja area is the most advanced in terms of exploration work, with the recent completion of geologic mapping, rock chip sampling (up to 8.6 g/t Au and 638 g/t Ag), induced polarization (IP) survey, trench channel sampling, and a soil survey.
