3 WHAT S INCLUDED Accommodations as selected, transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, all meals, unlimited alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, in-room mini-bar with beer, water, soft drinks (re-stocked once a day), daily and nightly activity program, non-motorized water sports, live music and shows, fitness center, and taxes all included. $200 in Resort Coupons per Room for individual spending (Resort coupon inclusions are subject to change without prior notification)$200 in Coupons are broken down as such: three coupons worth $40 each, two coupons worth $20 each and four coupons worth $10 each. These coupons may be used only as follows: $100 for Spa treatment, $60 for romantic dining, and $40 for wine purchases. Spa treatment coupons are broken down in two coupons worth $40 and one coupon worth $20. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment. To use coupons for romantic dining, one $40 coupon and one $20 coupon may be combined, resulting in a total discount of $60 off one romantic dining experience. When using coupons towards wine purchases, only coupons worth $10 may be used and cannot be combined, therefore one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine. Resort coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, dolphin experiences, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service, marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. 4 *** Important Travel & Booking Information *** When should I book?: As soon as possible for the best flight schedules and perks for being a part of Maria & Elliot s wedding group! Rooms are limited and this popular resort does sell out. *IMPORTANT! -- Airfare WILL fluctuate depending on availability at time you make your reservation, please make your payment with Justin as soon as possible to ensure the lowest rate and best flight time options. Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Justin at Beach Bum Vacation. Payment policy: In order to guarantee your room the full payment must be received by March 12, AIRFARE will be due at the time you are ready to add it to your package. Beach Bum Vacation s insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through Beach Bum Vacation. Airfare booked separately is not covered by insurance available through Beach Bum Vacation. What travel documents will I need? A Valid Passport is required for travel to ALL international destinations. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from return date of travel (Passcards not acceptable) PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after payment is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment. Optional insurance ranges from $109 per person to $149 per person (depending upon total trip cost). The cost of insurance is nonrefundable if you cancel. This plan protects against cancelation penalties if the trip is canceled for any reason prior to departure. It also covers up to $100 per person for trip interruption, up to $800 per person for baggage loss, and up to $5,000 per person for medical expenses. I strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection. Regarding Airline tickets if Beach Bum Vacation booked your tickets - they are 100% not refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees. Insurance covers these resort & airline penalties for individuals making reservations within the group if you have purchased insurance. If you do not have insurance cancellations for ANY reason (medical/personal emergencies, cancellation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve you from these penalties. ONLY the Travel Insurance will help with coverage. Frequently Asked Questions: -Currency: USDs are accepted in the Riviera Maya so there is no need to exchange your currency. -Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes. -Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time. -Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided.
