The resort credit can be used toward tours, golf, spa/beauty salon services, romantic dinners, premium wines, a bottle of Moet champagne at Oro Nightclub and select wedding packages. The resort credit is PER ROOM not per person. It cannot be used to pay the balance of your room. Services and amenities must be arranged upon arrival. Certain restrictions do apply. You will need a valid passport (a passport card is not allowed) in order to travel to Dominican Republic, no exceptions. If you need assistance with getting your passport, please ask Beach Bum Nikki for information. Who should I ask for when making my reservation? All reservations must be made directly through Nikki at Beach Bum Vacation to ensure that you are on the guest list and to make sure you are included in all the arrangements for the wedding as well as receive the discounted rates offered through the group. 6 How many people can be in a room? Up to four adults can be accommodated in the Caribbean Suites. Please inquire with Beach Bum Nikki when making your reservation to ensure you are in the best room for you and your group/family/friends and she will customize the trip to meet your needs. What do I need to book? In order to finalize a booking, ALL guests in the room must be ready to place their deposit and this information has to be provided for each guest at the time of booking by filling out the online Reservation Form. You will need: - Your legal name as it appears on your passport - Date of Birth - Person traveling with you, their legal names as they appear on their passport and date of birth - Current Address - Phone Number - (s) - Room Category of Choice - Flight Option (if you choose to book your airfare with Beach Bum Vacation) - Exact Dates of Travel - Fill out the ONLINE RESERVATION FORM HERE: Insurance Bonuses: (pp mean per person), It will also cover you for up to $5,000 pp in medical expenses, up to $800 pp in baggage loss & up to $100 pp per day trip interruption or trip delay. A passport booklet is required for all international travel. MUST be valid for 6 months AFTER the date of return. No exceptions will be made. Please follow this link to assist with how to obtain a passport: Beach Bum Vacation is not responsible for the cost associated with obtaining a passport. Passport cards are not acceptable. A tourist card is required for purchase upon entry into Punta Cana: Please bring $10 per person cash for your tourist card into the country. Will I receive travel documents before I leave for my trip? Yes. Beach Bum Nikki will send you travel documents via and you will need to carry them with you on the trip once everyone pays in full. They will come approximately 2 weeks before departure. A credit card is required for incidentals upon checking in at Hard Rock: Please bring a credit card with at least a $300 line of credit to cover all extras purchased on property and incidentals. Beach Bum Vacation is not responsible for additional costs associated with the spa, golf, casino, gift shop, ORO night club, etc. There is a tax on all resort credits used billed to you at check out. Can I drink the water in Punta Cana? It is recommended that you use the bottled water provided in your room and around the resort for drinking purposes. You can safely shower and brush your teeth with tap water. What is the currency in Punta Cana? USD is accepted in Punta Cana. There is no need to obtain traveler s checks or exchange your currency.

12 What is the average temperature in Punta Cana? The average daily temperature is 81 degrees and can get down to 70 degrees at night. Will I need an outlet converter? No. Do I need to tip the employees? Gratuities are technically included in your incentive package; however, if you wish to tip, you may and at your discretion. If you would like more details, please ask Beach Bum Nikki. Can I pre-book for the spa or excursions? If you wish to use the resort credit, then all spa treatments and excursions must be booked upon arrival at the resort. They cannot be pre-booked. Is Wi-Fi available? Yes. The resort includes Wi-Fi in the all-inclusive package and is available in your room, the lobby and all other public areas. It may not be as strong on the beach and near the pools. Will my cell phone work in Punta Cana? If you have a Blackberry, Iphone, Droid or other smart phone, yes, they will work. We recommend, however, putting your phone into airplane mode and using Wi-Fi to access your data, as roaming charges will be very expensive and add up very quickly. If you need to make a call to the US, it is recommended that you use the room phone, as all calls to the US are included in the all-inclusive package. Please call your service provider before you leave to discuss possible charges for Dominican Republic. Is there a dress code for restaurants? There is no technical dress code, but it is requested in the evenings to dress resort elegant, which includes Bermuda shorts and collared shirts for men and sun dresses or slacks for women. Bathing suit cover-ups and t-shirts are appreciated for indoor breakfast and lunch locations. No swim suits allowed for dinner.
