This report will be generated on Monday and on Thursday weekly. Conditions 1. The above room types are on freesell 2. Freesell can only be used up to 72 hours before arrival. All bookings will then be on request. 3. The wholesaler will close freesell once they receive a stop sell report from the resort. All bookings will then be on request 4. Interconnecting rooms are on request basis only and are not included on freesell Transfers Return transfers from the International Airport (Faleolo) must be booked at the same time as the accommodation booking and Flight Details must be provided. On arrival passengers should make their way through customs into the arrivals hall at the international airport. A staff member will be present, to assist guests with documentation and transfers. All passengers must carry either EDOC or vouchers clearly made out for Taumeasina Island Resort to ensure their transfers, otherwise the transfer may be declined. 11 Reservations Terms & Conditions General Terms & Conditions Contract rates are NETT non-commissionable, in the currency of WST and exclusive of Government WST of (15%). Government taxes may change during the term of this agreement and the Taumeasina Island Resort reserves the right to pass on additional taxes that may be introduced. Rates must be packaged and extended on the understanding that the resort will be featured in promotional brochures / flyers and online distribution, both pictorially and editorially. All rates inclusions as per above tables. Images used to promote Taumeasina resort via brochures or online must be approved and signed off by hotel management or their representative. Images must be of suitable quality and approved print quality images can be downloaded. All relevant information in this contract must be reflected accurately in the wholesaler s brochure and website. The resort will not take responsibility for any inaccurate information or terms & conditions posted on wholesaler s websites. The resort must be featured as a four-and-a-half-star property. SPECIAL MEALS CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR: On Christmas Day few restaurants will be open in Apia we strongly suggest the Christmas packages is pre-booked prior to departure. Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners are NOT COMPULSORY but please be advised that limited options are available on those days in Samoa Apia. CHILD ACCOMMODATION POLICY: A maximum of two children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding and sharing the room with adults. A child-minding service is available on a request basis and at a charge. A sofa / day bed (in the lounge) is available at an extra Pax rate. (see rates table) Cots are available on request and are complimentary. These are available in addition to MAX in the Waterfront villas only. CHECK IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 2.00pm Check-out time is 11.00am Early check in from 6.00am or late check-out until 6.00pm can be arranged subject to availability. A charge of 50% of the contracted rate will apply. DAY USE: Day use up to 6pm is room rate less 50% COMPLIMENTARY NON-MOTORISED WATERSPORTS: Included in the room tariff for all room categories. These sports include kayaks, catamarans and snorkelling gear. GROUPS: Rates for groups are negotiated on an individual basis according to season and forecasted occupancy. For every 15 paid rooms, the 16th room is complimentary. CANCELLATION FEES: Cancellation received inside 72 hours will incur a two (2) night cancellation fee. Cancellations to booking must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by the resort 72 hours prior to the booking cancellation. NO-SHOW FEES: All no shows will be charged two (2) night no-show fee Page 11

12 CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT: This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and shall supersede any and all other prior negotiations and agreements. Taumeasina Island Resort can terminate this agreement and the contracted rates at any time with written notice. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP: If the wholesaler changes name or ownership, Taumeasina Island Resort must be notified of it at least 30 days in advance and reserve the right to continue or cancel this contract. DISPUTES: All disputes arising from this contract will be settled by the Courts of Justice of Samoa, which will exercise sole and final judgment there upon. BROCHURE COPY/TAUMEASINA PRESENTATION: Taumeasina Island Resort reserves the right to approve all published materials pertaining to Taumeasina for the purpose of brochures, promotions and advertising. This includes brochure copy and images. All images used to promote the resort must be downloaded from the Taumeasina Island Resort website. BROCHURE SUPPORT/APPROVED ADVERTISING: Brochure support and advertising is to be invoiced directly to Taumeasina Island Resort once a purchase order has been approved by the General Manager (the purchase order number must be displayed on the invoice). Funds relating to advertising and brochure support must not be deducted at any time from your monthly payments for our invoice and/or statements for guest accommodation, unless written permission has been issued from the General Manager. WHOLESALER STATUS: Continued wholesale status is conditional of you maintaining your IT status with an approved carrier to Samoa PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Credit must be approved by the resort and confirmed in writing to you otherwise pre-payment applies Your wholesale accreditation is granted on the understanding that all accounts for guests accommodation will be paid on or prior to the 20th day of the month following the month of invoice to our bank account. Wedding ceremony bookings are conditional upon meeting the terms and conditions of the local authority for registration of marriages. Once a ceremony date and time are booked the following documentation is required to confirm the ceremony - Confirmation of Wedding Booking Form, "Notice of Intended Marriage" form, birth certificates and passports for the bride and groom, Decree Nisi or Death Certificate for previous marriages and full payment of the wedding package. Wedding ceremonies cancelled not less than 3 months prior to the confirmed date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the Wedding Package cost, after that time all monies are non-refundable.
