This year, we focused on social media to bring our product closer to our guests. Social interaction & support Our Social Media Concierge is a prime example of how Louis Hotels is utilizing social media effectively to ensure that guests feel welcome and comfortable at their chosen hotel. How? Although most of our guests book their holidays through our associates, the Social Media Concierge allows them to communicate with us directly via facebook messenger for special requirements or requests, either for specific needs or to help them celebrate a special occasion, birthday or anniversary during their holiday. More personal and social, this direct channel of communication with 24-hour service relieves our agents from an unnecessary overload, and makes our guests feel more at home even before they arrive! She says: Consumers are demanding, and their rights must be respected. My job is to design and maintain an insurance portfolio that creates a win-win scenario for both the company and our guests, to ensure their total satisfaction and protection. Tasos monitors the group s compliance with local laws, international quality standards, company policies, and of course tour operators requirements. He says: Creating a safe environment for our guests adults and children is a top priority, especially in and around pools, playgrounds and other recreational facilities. In both noticeable and more subtle ways, Nicoletta chooses and uses materials, fabric, and lighting to create interior and exterior spaces that stimulate positive feelings. She says: The enjoyable guest experience is hidden in the details of space planning and furniture placement that balance aesthetics and functionality. With 28 years of service, Eleni is a market expert who also understands guest expectations. My task is to source and evaluate products and negotiate with suppliers in order to offer our guests the best products at the best price, in line with the company s requirements regarding product and service quality and standards. 9

Mr Nicolas Nicolaou General Manager, The King Jason Protaras, Cyprus Mr Vakis Constantinides General Manager, St Elias Resort, Protaras, Cyprus Mr Stathis Constantinou General Manager, Sentido Louis Plagos Beach, Zante, Greece Nicolas is another veteran of the Louis Hotels team, who has helped make history at the Louis Althea Beach, where he started in 2003 as the F&B controller, before moving up the ladder to the position of Operations Manager at the same hotel in Perfectly primed for the position, he is now steering our design boutique hotel The King Jason Protaras and is determined to achieve the same success as the hotel s namesake in Paphos. Vakis is celebrating 15 years at Louis Hotels! He first joined the Group in 2001 as the Assistant F&B Manager in Corfu, before moving back to Cyprus to lead the Operations Department at the Royal Apollonia from 2004 till 2007, and subsequently at the Louis Nausicaa Beach until He is now at the helm of the St Elias Resort in Protaras, ensuring that guests enjoy every aspect of the rebranded and expanded resort. Stathis has been in the hotel industry for almost three decades, having worked his way from Front Office positions to Rooms Division Manager, Operations Manager, Hotel Manager and finally General Manager in 4- and 5-star hotels. Versatile and multilingual, he is perfectly equipped for this top position at our hotel in Zakynthos and we welcome him to Louis Hotels. Mr Philippos Philippou Chief Accountant As new blood joins the Louis Hotels team, we also say goodbye to Philippos Philippou, our loyal Chief Accountant, who is retiring after 35 years of service. He says: Louis Hotels was the home of my whole career It is where I was able to grow and develop in the secure environment of a solid organization that focuses on quality and consistency, where dynamic growth and high performance are at the core of the business. Originally from Famagusta, Philippos was always aware of the role of tourism in Cyprus and Greece, and knew he wanted to be a part of it.
