28 Terms & Conditions Duration: 3-6 months summer season (May- October) Working days: 5-6 per week or more during high season Working hours: 8-9 per day (depending on the season and position) Working shifts: continuous or split Break: short break during the shift Prior contract termination: ONLY under special circumstances ( confirmation from doctor, etc) 28

29 Contract types Practical training (students studying tourism): 3-side contracts between Student-Hotel-University Working Contract : 2-side contracts A) with Job Trust (only EU) B) with the Hotel (EU, like locals) 29

30 Benefits with Job Trust Payment: monthly compensation (16-20 per day) 3 meals per day in the staff canteen (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Standard shared accommodation: Staff rooms in the hotel area Staff accommodation outside the hotel (in the near village) Partly ticket compensation in the end of the contract ( , depending on the contract duration and hotel) 30
