2 2 THE HOTEL LOCATION Le Sereno is located at the east end of St. Barthélemy and stretches along 180 meters (600 feet) of sandy beach on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac a clear turquoise cove protected from the waves by a coral reef. The site, ranked by The Travel Channel as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, is the island s most popular destination for kite sailors and wind surfers. THE ROOMS ROOMS Suite Terrasse These elegant suites of approximately 35 m 2 (375 ft2) have large furnished terraces with a private beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the stunning swimming pool of Le Sereno and the turquoise waters of the Grand Cul-de-Sac cove. Grande Suite Plage All these waterfront suites overlook the stunning Grand- Cul-de-Sac lagoon, offering spectacular panoramic ocean views. The suites are luxurious and spacious, evoking a relaxed St Barth feel. The Suites, measuring from 45 to 70 m 2 (aprox. 500 to 800 sqft plus garden and terraces), are our most popular rooms and represent well over half of the rooms at Le Sereno. Villa Vue Mer One-bedroom Suites with separate living area. Each villa is located on the hillside providing a stunning view of the Grand Cul de Sac cove. These spacious and conformable villas - 80 m 2 (900 sqft)- feature a wooden deck of 25 m 2 (300 sq-ft) and a outside garden that includes a large redwood hot tub (6 feet in diameter) with massage jets from where you can enjoy the view of the lagoon. Villa du Pêcheur Directly located on the beach, La Villa du Pêcheur has expansive outdoor living space with garden, deck and a pool right on the beach. These spacious and conformable villa - 80 m 2 (900 sqft) features a bedroom with a separate living area plus comfortable outdoor furnishings including a dining room, oversize day beds and sun-loungers; undoubtedly one of St. Barth s most luxurious suites. Village du Pêcheur La Villa du Pêcheur can be combined with one or two adjacent Grand Suite Plage to create a magnificent two or three bedroom Suite called Le Village du Pêcheur. All rooms of the village are overlooking the water and all open into the central garden, the deck and the private swimming pool. Room sizes are approximate and may vary.

6 6 LE RESTAURANT DES PÊCHEURS Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs at Le Sereno Fresh Fish, Simplicity, Feet-in-the-Sand Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs serves fresh seafood in an elegant yet relaxed environment. The emphasis is on freshness, this is the place for fresh fish in St. Barth. Local fishermen arrive at Le Sereno in their boats to deliver their daily catch, which is complemented by the best fish and meats flown in directly from France. In addition, we usually have larger whole fish that can be shared by the whole table. Our Chef takes the fresh ingredients and with a minimum of manipulation transforms them into simple and savory dishes. The fish is prepared as you like it, whole or filleted, grilled, seared or our famous whole fish en croute de sel (whole fish baked in a sea-salt crust). Le Sereno serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. We also offer a Beach and Pool menu (the Menu Plage), served continuously from noon until dark. The Menu Plage, includes steaks, salads, brochettes, sandwiches, burgers, desserts and other dishes that you can eat poolside, on the beach or in the dining room. Before the meal or at any time during the day, you can have a drink and relax at the Lounge and Martini Bar at Le Sereno. The Lounge is next to the restaurant and also overlooks the bay.
