In this recently and elegantly built luxury rental property, the terrace and the expansive living area have mesmerizing panoramic views of the bay of Petit cul de Sac, and when you re outdoors, you can sunbathe straight through until sunset. On a hillside in Toiny, a quiet corner of St. Barth, the welcoming vacation home is a restful, peaceful refuge, and an ode to Caribbean living at its most easeful. From nearly every spot on the property, at least a glimpse of the Atlantic is possible. Along with the nearby Villa PANORAMA, Villa RISING SUN is part of the PANORAMA Estate, which has eight similar bedrooms altogether and can gracefully accommodate families on holiday with adult children or larger groups of friends traveling together say, the guests of an intimate destination wedding. Taken by itself, Villa RISING SUN has four equally sizeable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a pool, a spacious terrace and a gazebo. Although it s very spacious, the villa still has a cozy, intimate feeling, enhanced by a neutral color palette and vivid artwork by painter Zaza Noah. Most of the villa is on the upper, main level, where wide glass doors in the living room slide open to lead directly onto the terrace and pool. The kitchen and three of the bedrooms are up here as well, and two of those bedrooms have sea views. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and is especially private. But ultimately, life in Villa RISING SUN unfolds outside, where you can revel in the views and sunshine on the terrace. The generous outdoor space includes a pool, sunbeds, various sitting corners for convivial conversation or quiet reading and a new dining area under a gazebo near the kitchen and indoor dining area.
