1 ITINERARY IN DETAIL Day 01 Arrive Paris Welcome to your 'Cox & Kings - French Swiss Medley' tour. On arrival, your Cox & Kings representative will greets you at the 'meeting point' at the exit after immigration and customs, transfer comfortably to your hotel (check- in after 1600 hours). Cox & Kings take care to schedule your sightseeing only the next day so that you can relax after your long flight and get over your jetlag. Overnight in Paris. Dinner at an Indian restaurant Day 02 Paris Today, visit Fragonard, an exclusive from Cox & Kings. Discover Fragonard's creations on sale at factory prices. Then enjoy a guided city tour seeing famous monuments like the Pyramid of the Louvre, Garnier's Opera, the largest opera theatre in the world, the River Seine, the Place de la Concorde - the site of the infamous guillotine, the Champs Elysees - one of the most fashionable streets in the world, the Napoleanic Arc de Triomphe and the Hotel des Invalides. End the day taking in the dazzling overview of the glittering city as you ascend by an elevator to the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower! Breakfast at the hotel and dinner at an Indian restaurant Day 04 Paris - Lungern Today sit back, relax and enjoy a spectacular scenic drive of approximately seven hours to Lungern in Switzerland. Drive past French countryside, its medieval towns and be amazed at the beautiful views of the Alps. Perhaps even more amazing than the Swiss cities themselves is the countryside. Unlike its modern and rather populated cities, its countryside is formed by patches of small villages, often consisting of ancient historical houses and picturesque chalets, separated from each other by beautiful landscapes, a unique composition of mountains, farms, medieval castles and the famous Swiss cows browsing the evergreen meadows. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in. Overnight in Lungern. Breakfast at the hotel, packed lunch and dinner at Indian restaurant Day 05 Lungern The day is at leisure for independent activities. You can enjoy an optional excursion 'Visit to Jungfrau with Indian lunch and Interlaken city tour'. Overnight in Lungern. Breakfast at the hotel and dinner at the hotel Day 06 Switzerland After lunch, drive to see the thundering Rhinefalls at Schaffhausen. Enjoy a boat ride to the foot of the falls. Later, proceed to scenic drive to city of Zurich, where on arrival proceed on an orientation tour strolling down Bahnhofstrasse - the city's fanciest shopping street, past famous sights like Peterskirche (St. Peter's Church) situated in a medieval square, famous for its 16th Century clock, the largest clock face in Europe. The elegant copper spire of the Fraumunster found in the 9th Century with impressive stained glass windows. Across the Limmat River, you will get a view of the beautiful Romanesque and Gothic Cathedral dedicated to Zurich's patron saints. The morning is at leisure for individual activities, Overnight in Lungern. Breakfast at the hotel, Indian lunch and dinner at the hotel Day 07 Lungern Glacier 3000 Awaits! An everlasting snow mountain, offering panoramic views of the most beautiful summits of the Alps. Ascent is by cable car to Scex Rouge (2971m). A special adrenaline kick with a wild ride on the Alpine Coaster (weather permitting), the world's highest bobsleigh track. You can cruise along at approx. 40 km/hour and with the brakes you determine how fast you want to go. The ultimate highlight is the 520-degree loop, followed by 10 curves, 6 waves, 3 jumps and 2 bridges. The View Point (stairs) located directly behind the Restaurant Botta 3000 has a 360-degree view that includes some of the most beautiful alpine peaks - from the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau to the Matterhorn and the 107 meters Peak Walk along a suspension bridge. Later the Ice Express to ride the snow bus over the glacier. Enjoy a hot buffet lunch. Return to Col du Pillion. OR Today, enjoy our excursion to Mt. Titlis as we proceed for full day of fun and excitement. Adventure awaits you in a sensational cable-car ride up to Mt. Titlis. 3 Later, proceed your driveto Bern, situated in the heart of Switzerland, a home to medieval buildings juxtaposed with internationally renowned modern architecture, a place to wonder at world famous sites and discover unknown treasures. The best way to discover the unique beauty of Bern's Old Town is through a walking tour which includes the Bear Pit. This is really a capital city that pulses with excitement. Note : Please note that due to maintenance Glacier 3000 will be closed from 24th September 2018 to 02nd November During this period we will be visiting Mt. Titlis. Child Without Bed - Child under 12 years of age, sharing parent's room, without a bed or cot. A deviation charge of INR 2500 per person, in addition to the applicable difference between the group airfare within the package holiday tour cost and the market airfare for the changed sector / date, will be applicable. Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty & rerouting charges (as applicable) will be charged. For two adults & two children (both under 12 years) rooming together, the 1st child will have to pay 'Child with Bed' price and the 2nd Child will pay 'Child without Bed' price. Itinerary is subject to change or alteration before or during the tour without notice due to feasibility of operation. Due to space restrictions in the coach, you are permitted to carry only one main bag (preferably strolley) & one hand bag on your tour There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc not utilized on your tour The tour manager and driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible, because in some cities coaches are restricted Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect. The tour will be operated, subject to a minimum of 20 full paying adult passengers travelling together. Minimum connecting time between international and domestic flights should be 4 and half hours prior to departure. In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. As a 3rd person in a Triple Room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size will be the same as a Double Room. In the event that the group size is less than 30 adult passengers, you will be given an option of travelling on an FIT basis, by paying an additional FIT Supplement. The Tour will be conducted on a seat-in-coach basis for a group strength of 2-29, with the assistance of a local representative. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers 7/12 7/12

8 The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or any other services. The rights to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline the in / out points may change. Services however, will remain unchanged. Indian lunches, dinners and local meals are pre-set and a la carte would not be possible. Overseas Travel Insurance for the duration of the tour is included in the tour price. However, any passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges. The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers. The tour price mentioned is applicable provided there are more than 20 adult passengers travelling on tour, else an FIT supplement may be applicable. If there are less than 15 adult passengers travelling on a group departure, all applicable transfers will be on Seat-in- Coach (SIC) basis.
