The bungalows (one or two upper storeys) are arranged in 5 semi-circular rows around the centre of the Resort, surrounded by gardens with flowers and fruit trees. The two Demre buildings (one upper storey) are located near the tennis courts. The hotel has 4 floors and faces the sea and the main pool. A lift is available.
