5 Presidential Villa The Presidential villas that have a general usage area of 2700 meters square constitute of five bedrooms. All bedrooms have bathrooms, WC, shower, scale, make up mirror and hair dryer. Parents Bedroom has a bath tub, a large living room, a full-armed kitchen, dining room, an open area barbeque facility and cabana in garden. The villa has a conditioned 100 meter squared swimming pool and a garden of 2000 meters square with resting areas surrounded with a lily lake. The villa is also armed with a Turkish bath, sauna, fitness exercisers, a private cabana at the beach and manual conditioner (Heater and Cooler), a safety room, maids room, waiting hall and a garage for two vehicles.
