4 It is located in a quit area within walking distance from the city centre and is overlooking the sea and the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. The hotel offers an American bar, Restaurant, Swimming pool, Solarium, private beach, Garden and large terraces spread over multiple levels. There are piano bar evenings, with Neapolitan, national and international songs. All the 105 rooms are equipped with air conditioning and they are spacious and bright, most of them have sea view over the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, or with views of the garden surrounding the hotel. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, shower or bath tab and hairdryer. The rooms are available in Standard; Superior; De Luxe; Large De Luxe and Junior Suites The pool area, equipped with a solarium, two whirlpool areas, showers and the poolbar, is the ideal place to relax in absolute peace. The children s pool is located on the side of the main pool and trained staff of the hotel constantly monitor it. The private beach is accessible directly by the hotel lift. The sandy bottom and the crystal clear water make the beach a kind of natural swimming pool, very appreciated by hotel guests. 6 Just 50 meters from the main square Piazza Tasso, Hotel Plaza reopens its doors with a new recipe of vibrant colors, a modern architecture and design combined with an intimate atmosphere. The rooms are about 20 square meters, some with private balconies. They are separated into different categories according with size and view. They have bath tab or shower. Telephone in the bedroom and bathroom, safe with recharge for laptop, mini bar, satellite TV, flat screens, hypoallergenic mattresses and choice of pillows with different levels of comfort. Each floor has a different color! From the solarium, you can enjoy a magnificent 360-degree panorama, relaxing on your sunbed or perhaps sipping one of the famous cocktails at Sky Bar. A modern and diverse gastronomic offer is available at lunchtime. The Infinity pool will give you the chance to enjoy breath-taking views of the historic centre of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples. The swimming pool has a whirlpool and water blades for clavicle massage. Available showers, deck chairs, sun loungers and towels. The Plaza Restaurant reserve to the customers a varied continental breakfast offered on a buffet. 8 The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the sea and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento, the famous piazza Tasso square, boutiques, restaurants and beaches. The Circumvesuviana Railway Station is just 350 meters away and the harbour is nearby, providing an ideal starting point for trips to Capri, Ischia, Pompeii, Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Recently renovated, the hotel has 16 apartments for 2 to 6 beds, elegant and sophisticated, offers all the amenities of a 4*hotel combined with the comfort of a private home. An average of 45 square meters, consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with pull-out couch for two, a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, dining area with table and chairs, 1 or 2 bathrooms with bath tab, shower and hairdryer, a terrace with table and chairs. 10 The hotel is located in the centre of Sorrento, at the beginning of Corso Italia, the shopping street and pedestrian area in the evening, 450 meters from the main square Piazza Tasso. The hotel has been recently renovated and still retains the typical Mediterranean style. It has 69 rooms with simple and comfortable furnitures. They are all equipped with private bath tab or shower, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, balcony and satellite TV. The Hotel has a restaurant with local cuisine, a panoramic terrace with fantastic views over the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, 2 bars, one on the terrace, roof garden with solarium and Jacuzzi 12 seats. Free Internet WiFi connection is available in the rooms and in the local areas. During the months of July and August, the customers will be entertained, 2 times a week, with live music. 12 They are selected mini-apartments all situated on the main street of Sorrento, Corso Italia, or few meters away, close to the famous Piazza Tasso. The apartments, divided in three different buildings have been just stylishly renewed and equipped with all modern comforts. They are elegantly furnished with the parquet floors. It is composed of a living room with sofa bed for two people, table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. Two double bedrooms each one for two people, bathroom with shower (1 or 2 according on availability). Weekly cleaning and change of bed and bathroom linen. 14 It s an ancient farmstead made of local tuff rock, situated 400 meters above sea level, it has been slowly reshaped by the owners passion, becoming a tasteful countryside villa, a place inspiring rest and quiet. The owners have carefully selected, in the years, ornamental plants and flowers for the villa s garden, while maintaining the farming and agricultural vocation of these lands. Nowadays the farm produces organic fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, hazelnuts, a great wine and much more. The villa consists of four bedrooms each with private bathroom. The large kitchen, fully furnished, combines traditional wood stoves with Alpes Inox cooking equipment; the wall are decorated with hand painted tiles and antique copper pans. The old cellar has tuff rocky vaults carefully restored. It is located on the lower floors and it is divided in two areas. One area is reserved to a valuable collection with prestigious wines and the best vintages; the other area contains the old oak barrels to complete the ageing of cured meats produced in the farm. One area of the garden has become children friendly as the owners decided to build, under their grandchildren s supervision, a kids house. The house is a small luxury villa made of tuff rock blocks and equipped with children furniture and accessories; it boasts balconies and a roof terrace. Over the years, the villa, mostly used as the owners summer residence, has hosted illustrious names

16 Lives in a historic, turn-of-the-century building in the heart of Naples, invested with the spirit of its surroundings by: the famous quartieri spagnoli, Piazza Plebiscito Galleria Umberto and the shopping district of Via Roma. The property is centrally located, so it s easy to get to museums, shops, restaurants, theatres, parks, arenas, bars or wherever you may be going by foot, cab, bike, train, bus and tube. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the main harbour from where it is very easy to reach the beautiful islands of Capri and Ischia, or the romantic gateways of Positano, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Toledo Loft has 6 suites and an apartment, it has become a central hub for all young and fashion people passed by the city of Naples. Its interiors are inspired by New York industrial style with warm colors, aged leather sofas and comfortable beds. The Suites have hardwood floors and they faced directly on Via Toledo with a bright view of the city; the interior design are highlighted by bright colors: yellow, fuksia, orange and red. The Loft Suite apartment has 2 double rooms with an extra/king size bed, an open space with a table with stools and a fully-stocked kitchen.. It also features two large bathrooms with separate shower, hairdryer and BIO courtesy. All the suites have high speed wireless internet, flat screen TV and an in-room safe
