1 FINAL EXAMINATION TIMETABLE SEMESTER St Lucia Campus November 2018 Important examination information: Refer to my.uq > Sitting an Exam for information on attendance, conduct at examinations, Student ID cards, permitted materials, use of calculators and late arrival. Examination start times Students must arrive at the exam venue at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement time of the exam and 30 minutes if the exam is held at the UQ Centre. Please note that start times for exams held on Saturdays differ to those held Monday to Friday, e.g. first exam session is scheduled at 9:30am on Saturdays and 8:00am on Mondays. Examination Venues Venues are displayed on your personalised exam timetable with the Building Name, (Building Number) and Room Number. Where 'Contact School' is shown as the venue, please contact the relevant School for venue details. Please familiarise yourself with the location of each of your exam venues before your exam is due to commence. You will not be permitted entry to an exam venue if you arrive 60 minutes after commencement of the exam and no additional time will be granted. Personalised Examination Timetable Students are allocated to a venue based on their Family Name. Students must ensure they attend to the venue that has been specifically allocated to them. Refer to your personalised exam timetable, sent to your UQ Student . Changes to the Final Examination Timetable Should there be a need to make a change to the scheduled date, time or venue of any exam after release of the final timetable, students will be notified by an to their UQ Student . Alternative Examination Arrangements Where direct timetable clashes and/or 3 exams in a single day were identified in the scheduling of the exams, alternative arrangements have already been made for you to sit the exam/s at a different time. Therefore, your personal exam timetable may differ to the rest of your classmates. Note: Alternative arrangements will NOT be made for students with exams in consecutive sessions. If you are requesting Alternative Examination Arrangements for - exams scheduled at multiple campuses in a single calendar day; a religious observance supported by an official letter from a religious authority; exam adjustments approved by a Student Services Disability Advisor; Please complete the Request for Alternative Examination Arrangements form (available from my.uq > and forward by to the Examinations Section at examinations@uq.edu.au no later than 5:00pm Friday 19 October 2018.
