1 1 1 New Brunswick Regulation under the Education Act is amended by adding the following after section 4: Transitional provision 5 Despite any other provision of this Regulation, if the term of a councillor of a District Education Council referred to in subsection 36.2(1) of the Education Act and the term of a person appointed to a District Education Council under subsection 36.2(3) or (3.1) of the Education Act is to end on June 30, 2012, the boundaries of a district or subdistrict as they were established before the coming into force of this section apply for the purposes of the term. 2 Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted: SCHEDULE A Francophone sud School District 1 Francophone sud School District, to be organized in the French language, consisting of seven subdistricts made up of the following communities or parts or communities:
