25 The Leptos Group has roots that date back more than five decades and was founded in 1960 in Kyrenia, Cyprus, by the Executive Chairman, Michael G. Leptos who was the protagonist in starting the property development business in Kyrenia. Following the events of 1974, the Group's activities were relocated to the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf with the priority of constructing major residential developments.
