Not only is the boat beautiful and well maintained, but the captain and the crew are well known to be one of the best in the Adriatic. Gulet has plenty of deck space, with the back area furnished as a dining area with a large outdoor dining table, and the front area of the deck serves as the sun deck. Gulet is special in the regard that it has more space on the sun deck than most gulets. With the crew bringing you a cold drink, while you sunbathe on the deck, there is no better way to experience the Adriatic. The interior salon has a rustic, yet while maintained feeling, and you will enjoy retreating into the airconditioned room when you decide that you have had too much sun. Trogir is called the town-museum which is visible in the famous portal of Trogir cathedral by the craftsman Radovan in 1240, a Renaissance city lodge, the thousand-year-old Monastery of St. Nicholas which has the ancient famous relief of Kairos preserved in it from the 4th century BC. 7 May the 21 st / Blue & Green Cave and Komiza After the breakfast, you will continue to island Vis. The Green Cave is beautiful cave located on the islet of Ravnik with two entrances and an opening at the top through which light enters, and bouncing from the bottom wall color to green. In the World War II there was a shelter for small warships. The Blue Cave has been described by Ransonet and is located in Balun Bay on the eastern part of the island of Bisevo. It has been open to the public since 1884 when the external entrance was cut into the cave and through which the cave can be reached by means of a small rowing boat. When the sea is calm and the day is sunny, reflected sun rays pass through the undersea entrance to the cave and create a fascinating blueness, whilst an immersed object on the sea's surface adopts silverfish sheen. Komiza Komiza is a small fishermen's town, about 10 km distant from the town of Vis. It will inspire Your enthusiasm by its charm, rich cultural heritage and its excellent food and wines. May the 22 nd / Stari Grad on the island Hvar From island Vis you continue back to Split where you will visit a small town where the ancient Fasros story begins. Today's Stari Grad, began back in 384 BC when the ancient Greeks from the island of Paros sailed into Stari Grad Bay and founded the town. In 2016 Stari Grad celebrated important anniversary years of foundation. Stari Grad Bay where the blueness of the sea bonds with the greenery of the Stari Grad Plain. You will experience the town which had already been reached by the first sailors in 384 BC when they decided that precisely the town-port of Faros, today s Stari Grad, was to be their final destination. Stari Grad Port is certainly one of the most beautiful port of the Mediterranean, it is situated in the central part of the town of Stari Grad, right in front of Hektorović's Tvrdalj, sheltered from all directions by deep bay. Regardless of which way you decide to walk around the Stari Grad streets, you will feel peacefulness that can only be provided by feeling of the past that is still so present in Stari Grad. 8 May the 23 rd / Island of Brac Today Your sea adventure will take You to Brac Island. The island of Brac is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many places such as White House in Washington. This is the island with the only stone masons' school in Croatia. Rich cultural and historic heritage that dates back to pre-historic times, unique gastronomy, beautiful beaches and bays, crystal blue sea, high quality accommodation in private facilities and the hospitality of the local people are the guarantees a holiday you will always remember. Bol Bol is the oldest coastal settlement on Brac. It lays in the solitude of the southern landscape, at the foot of the Bol crown and Vidova Mountain, the highest island peak which stretches a few kilometers along the coast. The sea in front of it is crystal clear, transparent waves resemble a cut crystal. Bol has many beautiful beaches. Today you will get the lesson of traditional Dalmatian cuisine and have opportunity to prepare one of the famous traditional dishes of this region of Croatia. First thing for today is to get groceries on the local fish and green markets. After choosing the ingredients with her You will be transferred back to villa where You will actively help in the preparation of Your meal following traditional recipe. Dalmatian cuisine relies heavily on the fresh fish and seafood that are caught (or farmed) offshore. Look for sea bass, grouper, scorpion fish, pilchards, mackerel, squid and sea bream. Fish is usually grilled with local olive oil, garlic and lemon.
